Just got back from Hellboy. See it. See it right now. This movie delivers on all fronts. It has the action. It has the comedy. It definately has the looks. This is a fantastic movie, and you NEED to see it.

Omguh I neeeeeeeed to see this movie!

I did, however, see WALL-E on Wednesday night. I really enjoyed it. Pixar has delivered another solid film that has once again captivated millions. I thought that when the humans were introduced things got a little ridiculous, but every scene between WALL-E and EVE was just beautiful. B-E-A-UTIFUL!

I saw walle a week ago while in Oklahoma, and I loved it! Although I agree about the human part, the first time I saw what people were doing 800 years in the future was hilarious. "We have a pool???" XD

I'm kinda disappointed with Pixar and their human designs for WALL-E. I mean Pixar's gone from trying a realistic approach to humans in Toy Story to a more cartoony approch in The Incredibles and Finding Nemo. I've always been able to take the humans Pixar has created seriously, but when I saw the humans in WALL-E was all like: "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatt?!!!!" When I first saw them I thought they were apart of a cartoon show the humans of WALL-E were watching...

That's because they're in the future. And besides, nobody wants to see like a billion realistic 800 pound people on screen at once...

I understand the gravity conditions they face in space and their "evolved" lifestyle but they all looked the same! Just with different hairstyles and skin tones and what not... I know Pixar's capable of better than that. Pixar knows it's capable of better than that.

Hey, me too. Didn't cry though. I did see the Pizza Planet truck this time ^^

Cartoony humans? Eh, sort of. The Incredibles I liked, their reasoning for the styling there was that they wanted an iconic style, and they came out with a program that allowed them to do so. In Wall-E, I sort of liked how dumpy everyone looked. It really struck a chord with me, especially comparing them to the people in the adds, or in Hello Dolly, because it underscored just how far down things had spiraled.

Still a GREAT movie.

Saw Wall-E today.
Epic epic movie. I aww'd at Wall-E and MO the most. And I kind of giggled at how fat and dumpy every person was.

I just got back from seeing Kung Fu Panda. I'd say it was... 80% of a good movie. Because it seemed like it was intended to be longer, but had to be cut to 90 minutes so kids could sit through it. But what was there was good.

I loved that part too. MO was hilariously adorable.
And Eve was kinda funny with her random shooting of things.
I kind of liked PR-T [the makeup/hairdresser robot], and the defective umbrella was hilarious.

I concur, either that or the slow mo part, they just had to put one of those in there, it worked too, also im surprised like 8000 years later an atari 2600 is still operational, lol 8000 - 0

I saw Wall·E last night, it was a good movie.
The fat jokes were funny.
Also, did anyone else know there was an X-Files movie coming out? I'm surprised I haven't seen any ads, because its coming out in 12 days. I also took a X-files poster.

I'm considering taking my mom to the X-Files movie. Or maybe buying the freaking DVD for Christmas or whatever. She LOVES X-Files.

I liked it... it was a really epic animated movie. It wasn't as funny as Pixar's other releases, but I really liked it.

Recently I saw The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension.

It is a thoroughly ridiculous film. Therefore it is awesome.

So I just saw Hancock yesterday. It was great, even better than the ads promised.

I was thinking "the ad gave away the entire storyline, this won't be that good." But I was wrong.

Sounds like a late-night movie aired on TV. Where'd you see it?

Saw Hellboy 2. It was alright. I really liked the art and character design, but the dialogue was so...cheesy. I guess that's sort of expected from a superhero movie, but seriously, it's like the writers weren't even trying.

So, overall: interesting movie, but not something I'd watch again. Should've seen Hancock instead...

How can you have a movie about the son of Satan that likes cats, TV, and pancakes and not have the dialogue be cheesy?

I saw The Forbidden Kingdom the other day (been waiting for it to come out in the movies, when my brother tells me we've had a pirated copy for months). It's not great.
I thought "Jackie Chan + Jet Li = awesome Kung Fu movie"... not true at all. I mean, it was a decent movie, but nowhere near the epic thing it was made out to be. In short, don't bother seeing this when it comes out.

Did you see the first one? It had cheesy dialogue as well.

No no, I enjoyed Hellboy to an insane amount. It's one of my favorite movies. I'm just saying that cheesy dialogue has been present since the first one.

Also, saw Beast With a Billion Backs a while ago. I enjoyed it, but not as much as Bender's Big Score. I'm looking forward to Bender's Game, however. That looks like, just from the trailer, that it will be my favorite. Giant kangaroos instead of Oliphaunts? Yes plz.

It tried to be the new Karate Kid, and failed.
I went in expecting Hero. I was disappointed.

I saw Batman: Gotham Knight. It was okay. Can't say I was a big fan of the art except in the one with Killer Croc and the last one.
