Halo is over rated.

And this game is so hyped up it make me sick.

Eh, it does look overrated, and I've seen enough "OMG CAMPER FAGOOTS" headmic-babies who flip out whenever you mention a game that's not Halo to scare me away from it for a long time, but it still looks kinda fun. If I were to get an xbox 360, I would totally buy it.

But for now I'll keep saving up cash for TF2, thx.

The multiplayer is what's best about it. It's like Xbox's SSB.

My friends says his friend got a copy from europe, or something like that.

Then again, my friend also told me He owns Ebaum's world, Addicting Games, eviltrailmix, and his father is the director of Stunt Man 2.

I saw the ending to halo3 on youtube. It kinda sucked.

Get over yourself.

Halo is overrated. It is a good game at what it does. But really, does anybody CARE about the story? Maybe 1 in five people that play do. No game should be known for it's multiplayer (unless the multiplayer is the most amazing gaming experience ever that counters the equally amazing storyline or it's a fighting game)

It's all right, but yes, very very overrated. Certainly not the best FPS ever, and most definitely not "BEST GAM EVAR".

just cause your some nintendo fanboy and anything with the name Microsoft is obviously of the devil, halo cant be good, so why give it a chance?

seriously. dont make assumptions you know nothing about.

the stroy is good, hes almost single handily saving the earth from the coventant and the flood,then the elites join up with him and help.

and you basically just describes the halo 3 multiplayer.

It's a great game. I want it really bad. But do I think it is overrated? Yes, any game with this much hype is. I mean some people make it sound like if they pop Halo 3 into their 360 they will see the Resurrection or something.

I like the Halo games, though I've only really played the first one (just watched my step dad play through the second one on his 360). The third game seems like it'll be pretty good, though I'm not buying it.

Opinions, aren't they great?

Oh, and don't assume that any of us are fanboys, as we have hated many moves by Nintendo in the past.

That's called hype, which happens with many games that get a lot of press. Of course, a lot of people didn't like Twilight Princess as much as past Zelda games as well.

Seriously though, the multiplayer is epic (unless your friends <3 lockout, like mine).

I tried multiplayer with my cousins once. It went something like this:

Me: Oh crap, I'm definitely going to lose this game.

Cousins: We'll go easy on you.

Me: Well, okay- hey! My guy can see his own feet! Technology! *attempts to shoot at feet*

*fails*

*gets sniped*

*falls off map several times*

*loses by about 100 kills*

It was pretty fun, but I'd definitely need to play the game regularly to hold a chance with them.

What is your problem? Aren't people allowed to have their own opinions? You call them fanboys, and yet you jump all over people just for saying Halo is overrated. You seem more like a 'fanboy' than they do to me.
