Any Doctor Who fans in the forum?

I was a bit of a Doctor Who fan when PBS and YTV started re-showing some old Doctor Who episodes back in the early '90s. Then I lost interest.
But, when the "New" series launched in 2005, I stared geting myself some of the episodes ::AHEM:: electronically ::AHEM::
(The CBC picked up the first season, but sadly they declined to continue syndication after that. And they showed in stardard-def, not 720p... which just plain sucked.)

So, I've seen the whole "New" (revived) series... including the Christmas Specials, the Children In Need Specials, the Tardisodes, the spin-offs (Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures) and even the animated "Infinite Quest" thing.

If you're not in the UK, it may be hard to find a TV channel that shows the whole thing, much less in the 720x576 16:9 format the 2005-present series uses. I know that's the case where my physical body is currently located. You could watch it on You Tube, but I don't recommend that: Such a low-fi resolution as what is on You Tube really doesn't do the special effect, the acting and the scenery and wardrobe justice. Unlike the original Doctor Who series, this production does NOT use cheesey special effects. Even the Daleks look OK.

The poll question wouldn't be a Chaser reference, would it?

I didn't think so, it just reminded me of something funny one of the Chaser guys did once.

Anyway, I like the new series of Doctor Who. I've watched every episode so far, but I could never get into the old stuff. It's just too corny.

^This.
I have watched all the new series on the internets, and it's kinda getting a bit lame lately.
But yes, total fan of The New Doctor Who, for two reasons.
A. David Tennant
B. David Tennant is funny

I just recently got into them. I too watched them all over the internet. I actually thought some of the episodes from the newest season were pretty good, especially Turn Left. The season finale was fairly good, pretty sad though.

Probably my favorite Doctor Who episode though was Blink. Definitely the best.

I haven't seen much of it, but from what I have seen, it's a great show, and funny too.
It comes on PBS occasionally in the Chicago suburbs.
