It's more accurate to say that Twilight Princess was Ocarina of Time with a wolf and an extra helping of boredom.

I would have been less bored if the Water Temple wasn't pretty much the same dungeon as OOT, just with a new look.

and that's a bad thing why??

The water temple was easily the best temple of that kind in any Zelda game, and the TP water temple was almost as good, to me. I mean, I'm a Zelda fan, you might even go so far as to call me a Zelda fanboy, but even if I wasn't I would have thought the game was excellent. I mean, I liked it more than Wind Waker, anyway.

I agree wholeheartedly. Other than that last sentence; I've never played WW.

TP was a good game, but not as good as OOT. Put simply, it just didn't live up to the hype.

Also Wind Waker was a fantastic game. It clearly had the best, most developed plot in the entirety of the series.

OOT is way to over hyped. Other then the decent plot basically all the dungeons where the same IMO. Not saying it wasn't a good game but other games outclass it.

The water temple in TP was different than the one in OOT. I can tell because I didn't hate its guts.

I got bored playing OOT and never finished it. TP though grabbed me by the chest and didnt let go. It was a much better game.

It had the same gimmicks. Iron Boots sink you and you walk around on the bottom. Raising/lowering the water level causes different things to happen. And didn't the boss have almost the same name?

I liked TP, but it felt like it could have, should have been so much more. Plus it was horrendously easy.

It was easy if you knew what you were doing. I'd have months in between when I could play (lol college) so I'd forget everything I was doing by the time I got back, so I'd spend a good hour or so backtracking to get myself on course again.

Also, I liked the collender pigs.

Hey, guys, Wikipedia says Pajama Sam is coming to Wii. No foolin'. It doesn't have a page, but it's here.

This is a 50-45-5 situation. There's a 50% chance that it's fake, since there's no source and it's Wikipedia; there's a 45% chance that it'll be shovelware; and there's a 5% chance that it'll be a decent game.

Still though, I didn't die once. Not even on Ganondorf. Hell, I had to let myself get hit a bunch of times to create the illusion of a challenge.

Granted, but I've never died in OoT either. The Zelda series, from what I've played, tends to ease you along. There's always just enough hearts to get you through a fight or a dungeon, the items dropped/found always solve the puzzle, the boss is always beaten by the item you just got and will either never be needed again, or be needed at least once per dungeon there on out. It's just one of those games, but that doesn't bother me.

I think Majora's Mask was the last time I lost a life in a Zelda game (first playthrough). I cheat in Zelda; I always stock up on Fairies and go to town. The entire series needs to get harder anyway, but whatever.

TP just seemed really incredibly easy for me, though. Like, nothing was a challenge. Even in OoT I can still run into a bit of trouble (skeleton warriors). The toughest enemies in TP (Darknuts) weren't that tough at all. It just took a while to take them down.

In other news, the US Virtual Console updates are saddening.
