Uh, no. Shut up. It's a third party extention released by CoreGamer. You can pick it up at fry's electronics. It looks nothing like your avatar.

Internet is only capable with Wii Remote. People have tried to use Nunchuck and Classic Controller, but all have failed.

Actually, Opera is releasing something that allows web developers to use JavaScript to retrieve data from the Wii Remote and Nunchuck.

Digital Battle wrote:
The API is able to get information about all four remotes in real-time, including button presses, rotation, pointer position, and distance form the screen. It works with the nunchuck attachment, but does not work with Classic Controller.

So therefore, some cool stuff may be available in the future for the Wii Browser. There was a simple example game that I saw earlier this week, but I can't find it.

Judgeing from this, I think it is

You can turn by rotating Wiimote, and speed up by moving closer to screen.

I just downloaded Kirby's Adventure on the Virtual Console.

...It's my first ever Kirby game, and it's not a bad game at all. Stealing enemies' stuff is fun.

^ Good. Kirby's Adventure is a sweet game. It's one of the first ever Kirby games. Also get Kirby's Dream Land and KDL2, they're awesome. You can't copy abilities in the first one, though.

Oh, and KIRBY'S SUPER STAR. One of the greatest games I've ever played, and by far the best Kirby game.

But I digress...

Anyone else have Mario Strikers Charged?

I want to play someone other than the people on WiFi who love to exploit the game.

have you noticed that all the PS2 ports to the wii mostly suck, most of them have poor control and less Options or things than they did on the Playstation. A plus though is most of the M-rated ports boosts an adult market for the console.

I havent noticed any having any less features or worse controls than the ps2 versions...

Splinter cell is the same, but with awesome wiimote camera usage... resident evil 4 is the same, but with superior graphics... DBZ is the same, except the japan and europe versions have extra features over the ps2 version... what ones are missing features?

EDIT: Another sonic game coming to wii. Let's hope this one actually does something for the series, unlike sonic ant the secret rings, and doesnt suck like the last sonic riders.

DBZ and Res.4 were gamecube games to begin with but yeah not too much of a difference. Scareface and the godfather had less missions.
Mostly what bothered me was they were sloppyily put together (scareface, godfather, Destroy all humans, C.S.I, Godzilla) there controls are very poor and some games the graphics look relatively the same.

Ill play you in Mario Strikers Charged, Acekirby, but Im pretty bad. My friend code is 017288 944400. Whats yours? I warn you, I suck at the game.

I have recently acquired the first game in the series of The Big Three (you know what I'm talking about). This game is absolutely hardcore, and draws me in more than any of the other Metroid Primes did. The controls are excellent, the graphics definitely look better than the past two installments, and the voice acting is not cheesy. Interacting with your ship is also cool, as there's a lot to do inside of it.

Buy this game when you have the chance, for great justice !!

I can't confirm Scarface, but I am certain that The Godfather: Blackhand Edition has more missions than the other versions. That was one of the features that they talked about for both the PS3 and Wii versions. There was also the inclusion of the Four Man Hit Squad, more hit missions, and several other things that I can't remember about at this time.

However, I see where some of you guys are going at: 3rd party developers, for the most part, are being lazy with the Wii. Not knowing that it'd be a runaway success, they are trying to get any game they can out with limited development time, budgets, and/or sucky engines just to get money. More games are slowly breaking away from this low standard though, and I hope to see more well-developed 3rd party efforts in the future.

negative. And RE4 on the wii was the ps2 version, with the separate ways sidestory. Also, Godfather had more missions, and scarface was exactly the same, except the controls.

Anyways, I hope nintendo will eventually start actually releasing some games, instead of just spending months and months taunting us with information about them. I dont really even see the point. Everyone is going to buy brawl whether or not iwata spends a year slowly revealing characters or not.

As fun as getting loads and loads of crappy first party games would be, I think we should all be content with their currently strategy. You don't want Link or Metroid to become the next Megaman, do you? ;)

I believe Guitar Hero III is coming out on October 29. That's still a ways away, and it's for all three systems, but it's still a major release.

I know. I got it. It owns.

I think metroid was the perfect model of a GOOD release. They made a good game, they built up a decent amount of hype in a relatively short amount of time, and they released the rule6ing game.

Brawl is something they announced at the dawn of time, and they are just building up hype. And building up hype. And building up hype. And waiting till christmas. And building up hype.

This is despite the fact that it was playable back in april. Hideo kojima himself actually said that it would have sold millions of copies if released back then. And hideo kojima is one of the best videogame directors ever. He knows his stuff.

Cool, maybe now that the Metroid Prime Series is Finally over, we can get a Real Metroid game sometime soon, perhaps for the DS.

Umm... considering the fact that the PS2 one is a port of the gamecube with extra things and crap controls. I think its safe to say its really the gamecube version with better controls and the PS2 added features.

FYI - Order of quality from worst to best:
PC Version
PS2
Gamecube
Wii

Its a FPA (first person adventure) not a FPS. Im nit picky.

What do you mean by 'real'? The Prime series took an old franchise and revolutionized it in a great way. Except for hunters, that didnt do anything for the prime saga.
