Yeah, how?

Make a link to your new page on the page you want it to lead off of. For example, if there was a new email called, let's say, "toastpaint", you'd go to the email page and type [[toastpaint]] at the top of the list. Then when you save, the word toastpaint will appear in red. Click on it and you'll go to an editing page, because the page doesn't exist yet.
In addition, if you search for a page that doesn't exist, like so, you'll get the following prompt:
No page with that title exists
You can create an article with this title.
That'll give you a link.
