I've noticed some people have subtitles above their avvy and below their name. I've noticed all mods have this, but some people who aren't mods do to. How do i get one of these?

Well, there are some people that are former mods, like Dark Grapefruit. No-on else should have one. Unless it's actually part of their avatar.

Well, following the rules usually help. As long as you don't cause trouble, are a nice person, and are helpful, then the possibility is there. But saying "I want to be a mod" doesn't help. We'll call you.

Wow. Being a mod means you have the responsibility of making sure people follow the rules. Not some "stupid random crap".
