I was wondering, how do you take pictures from the flash files?

You need a program like Gadwin PrintScreen to allow you to take screen shots. I'm not sure if there's one specific to flash files, but Gadwin works fine.

On some keyboards, there is a button that says:

Print
Scrn
SysRq

It is on the top row with F1-12. It is third from the end.

Press that button at the right time, then go to paint and press paste.

Ok, what do you do if you're using a mac? the program is for windows, and the keyboard doesn't have any of those keys on it.

Cmd-Shift-4 plus Spacebar plus Click, then you paste it into an image program. at least, that's what the internet told me.

Cmd-Shift-3 takes a screenshot of the whole screen and you can crop it from there.
Cmd-Shift-4 lets you specify what you want a screenshot of.

Joe: Paste into an image program? OS X just creates the file for you on the desktop when you take a screenshot.
