I have a game called Half Life. I have this CD (it's a copy of it). Now when I try to start a game on it, it says "Please Insert Half Life CD." But it's already in. Help me please!

Um, check the disc for damage.

If it's damaged or dirty in a form that can easily be repaired, try again.

If not, clean the disc. If you don't have cleaning solution or equipment, buy D-skin or a Skip Dr.

I know that's probably not helpful, but that's all I got...

Do you actually own the game, or did someone else just burn it for you?

Because since it's Half-Life, you should be able to put it on Steam if you actually own the game, and then you won't need the CD at all, IIRC.

I don't know. I think my dad burned it. And no I can't do Steam. Last time I did that with Half Life 2, it crashed my computer.
