Every time I try to open iTunes, it'll say:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavilable.
And when I quit, it says A fatel error has occured during instillation.
iTunes is installed.
Help?

The only thing that I can think of is uninstalling and then reinstalling iTunes. You could probably check the documentation on Apple's website, as well, though I'm not sure how far that'll get you.
