So I just installed the GIMP, because of all the features and it being open source.

I installed everything necessary from here, but the thing is, after I installed the animation toolkit, the layers panel wouldn't open.

Also: it installed the help, but it wont open simply by clicking the "help" button.

I don't care too much about the help (I can find the files on my computer) but I really liked the layers panel.

Help please?
