I don't know why, but the picture I keep trying to choose for my avatar doesn't come up. I try to resize it so it'll fit requirements, but when I return, there's nothing there. Could someone please help me? Thanks.

By the way, if anyone wants to know what the picture was, it was dressed as Carl Spackler from Halloween Fairstival.

If possible, link to the image so I can examine it. What steps are you taking to upload it? Do you get any messages?

My guesses are that either it's the fact I'm uploading it from my computer, or it's because it's not the right picture file. Could you tell me which picture files I can use for an avatar? I'll see if I could change the file and then see what happens.

EDIT: Okay, I got my avatar, but I'm not seeing it...I'll try turning the picture into a jpeg, put it back on a hosting site, and then see what happens.
EDIT AGAIN: I tried turning it to a jpeg, and nothing's happening. If anyone else can see my avatar, please respond back.
EDIT YET AGAIN: Never mind, I got it. Go ahead and lock this post now.

Out of curiosity, what was the step you needed to make it work?

I had tried uploading it onto the file hoster, but I kept copying and pasting in an address with the .php extension. After a while, I noticed a thing for advanced posting, and I copied and pasted the link that is just the picture itself. So...yeah.
