I found a good avatar made by someone on the site, and I notified the user that I wanted to use it, and I thought uploading it would do it, but then it just went to a page where it showed it under image. I don't know if I did it right, and I don't know if I did something wrong, I think I accidently took credit for it, if I did, someone please help me fix it and make the image my avatar instead. Thanks. |

Sorry, but I didn't think I had to post my user name. Forgive me for double posting, it won't let me edit. |

To get an avatar (or edit a post) you need to be a registered user. |

You have 2 options: If there's a picture on your hard drive you want to upload, do so onto your personal webspace or a free place such as photobucket. Then, paste the link into the "Link to Off-site avatar" box on the Profile link at the top. Your other option is to Upload Your Avatar from your machine, also on the Profile link. |

Hmm, is there anyway I can make the image smaller? It's a moving .gif image, and it is about 20k, which is twice as big. |

You can reduce the number of colors, frames, or size or something. |

I got one, but it wasn't the one I wanted, but I still like it. |
