Despite all the love I've been expressing towards this game, I must admit that I want it to end after episode 5. I don't want the website to churn out another year of subpar content, and the games also eat up plenty of my memory. It's pretty dumb that I had to erase at least six of my Virtual Console games just to save space for some game I can finish in less than a week. And don't get me started about the fact a $9-$10 game takes me a shorter time to finish than the $5-$8 games do. No this post is not a joke. Yes I'm still excited for the other 4 games of the year. The basic plot summary of Strong Badia the Free looks even more promising than that of Homestar Ruiner.

Oh, I agree with all that. I even would have rather them never made a Wii game. Tis is the first time in a while when we've had to wonder whether or not there will be an update next Monday. And new Homestar Runner toons is the only way I can make it through Mondays! And sbemail 200 is still yet to be released! Well, it's not that bad though. The game is pretty fun.

True, but that's because a big e-mail is coming up, not because of the game. There's been long waits before two other milestones: see Not the 100th Email! and 150th Sbemail? (Or something like that)

Honestly, I could care less if there was a season two. But I doubt there would be another one released before they fix the Wii's storage problem: no way I could hold 6+ episodes on my Wii in its current state.

I agree. My Wii may be hideously lacking in games I want to get, but this would be too much overall, and I would either have to delete one of my cherished games, or just get rid of all my accomplishments.

I kind of could go either way on a season two. On the one hand it's cool... and the stories DO seem to be even better for the games...

On the other hand, it might mean less time for the site. But maybe they'll make enough $$$ off the games to hire another guy to make games for them on the site... since that's kind of been a big thing missing for awhile now.

I certainly don't want them to make another season. SBCG4AP has ruined my respect for Strong Bad due to how unfunny and childish he acts. The games have some good qualities, but also have alot of crappy aspects to them :(

I'm nuetral. If they make another season, I'll be happy. If they don't, it'll save me a crapload of money and I wouldn't mind.

Thirty-five bucks a year (less than a dime a day) is a crapload? By that reckoning, I'm a gazillionaire.

So you play the game 365 days out of the year?

What does that have to do with anything? I'm saying if you save up your money to make the yearly purchase, all you need to save is a little less than ten cents a day.

I feel like I've seen more negative comments about SBCG4AP than positive ones. What's the deal though? $35 isn't even a full tank of gas for me. They're pretty funny. Homestar is in 3D.

... and what do you mean Xtermenator... you've LOST all respect for SB because of how CHILDISH he acts? His character is just as it's always been. I don't even understand that complaint.

Honestly, you'd think people would be more excited and/or talk about the episodes more on here but it seems kind of dead. I thought the last one was particularly good.

*Shrug*

I remember a time when people wanted to see a game like this. And here it is.

Personnally, I think they're good, but bad timing.

I mean, it was kinda overshadowed for me by Sbemail 200.

But I really like it, as games go, it's solid, as H*R goes, it's funny.

Just...Jeez...getting Awesome ranks is brutal...

:sb: What a good and not arbitrary at all idea!

Personally I'd rather have a new SBCG4AP than a few new toons any day.
But I still don't think there should be a SBCG4AP series.
Homestar's Cool Game for Cool Guys.
Please.

Power Crunch is right. Strong Bad is on his edge (He's got an edge) and I want another season. And I'm not homsar is also right.
"Personally I'd rather have a new SBCG4AP than a few new toons any day."

But HCG4CG is just wrong.

I'd like to see season 2 done Sam & Max style: same episidic downloads on PC, one, almost-no-memory-consuming disc for Wii... but then again, it has taught me that there is no room in Wii memory for crappy games.

His childish assent is what's so funny! And have you ever noticed his "inner-geek"? Don't know what I'm talking about, watch the "lures and jigs" e-mail. And I would prefer a Season 2. But, not so crazy about the lack of updates and stuffs...the last e-mail they did before SBCG4AP was announced was "love poems", and I was wondering what the heck was going on until I heard tell of the game. Then I partied, did a little dance, and wasted my whole freakin' summer staring at my computer, looking at the deadlines they put up 78 different times...like Dangeresque 3 there.

Also, good idea with the "paying-some-loser-to-make-the-next-game" idea. Hey, I'd do it! Yet, I'm not a loser...So, any of you else want to animate it? WAIT A MINUTE!!! Why don't we do the game and they simply update the site! A small favor for all we've done! All it'd take was a program that could make video games...and we could just do it in 2-D instead of 3-D! Good freakin' idea, Danny boy! [hands self cookie]

WARNING: The following post will remind you about your troubled lives outside of the world of Homestar Runner.

Well, with the economy in the shape it's in, I'm sure less people are buying Homestar Runner merchandise, plus everything is costing more. I wouldn't blame the Brothers Chaps if they had to do thing other than make cartoons on their website for money, I'm just glad the "other things" also involve Homestar.

I hate to say this but...

No, no, no, no, no!

It looks great, the game's hillarious, and as a special treat, Stinkoman's it it! So why don't I want another season? Three words: Stinkoman level 10. Seriously, I like SBCG4AP but out of all times, why did they have to make it at this time?

*sigh* T...they say Jonathan moved away and it's harder to make new games but now they turn around and make this? And whatever happened to "we aren't going to do advertisement"? It just blows my freakin' mind. Jeez I'm getting a headache now.

i would buy season two but it shouldn't come out for a while, like a year from now if ever. I grew up with humungous entertainment games so homestar runner adventure games is like mixing nostolgia with awexome and as my formula goes
nostolgia+awexome=pure win.

If these games make me nostalgic for anything, it would be the game where you help the Rugrats save Reptar so he can fight the aliens hoping to kidnap all the babies. (Both games are point-and-click games about exploring the world of a cartoon I love and fulfilling different objectives to work towards an overarching goal)

And now for something completely relevant. The Videlectrix guys said there won't be a 2nd season until Telltale ends 3D Homestar graphics.

Hm, weird. I also grew up with Humongous. I had all the Putt Putt, Freddie Fish and Luther, Pajama Sam, and Spy Fox games, but I eventually sold them...*sniff*...the old days......

If they do make another season, please don't do it until 2010! I'd like another year of WEEKLY e-mails instead of EVERY THREE MONTHS! X-(

I suppose I could get an SD card to put the lesser games on. I could put any episodes I finish on there.

I don't want to delete anything, as it'd be a waste of $5-$10 apiece.

If you delete them, you can download them again for free (the Wii Store remembers what you've bought).

Frankly, I'd like to see a second season.

And I'm sure you're all well aware that you can delete the episodes, then re-download them went you want from the Wii store for free.
