Hey, my friend accidentally purchased Dangeresque 3 for a second time, and knowing and I didn't have it, sent the files to me for me to use. I mean, is this legal? He payed for the game.

I *think* you're talking about the PC version (since you can only gift games when you originally buy them on WiiWare) so I'd say it's definitely legal.

Especially in terms of the way Telltale does things, giving the files to someone else isn't the illegal thing. If you were both using the same codes to install and play the games then THAT would be where it would be illegal.
