Short but sweet, I thought. Maybe Missy was just away so they replaced her part with Carboard Marzipan. Classic move, though, whatever the case. The Cheat's head exploding and Homestar telling Carboard Marzipan to shut up were my favorite parts.

Oh yeah, I just noticee that on the tonn's Wiki page, it says "fun fats" instead of "fun facts". And it doesn't say "foop" when it's loading, it says "loafing".

Seeing as Missy is Mike's wife, it's pretty safe to assume that she's still there. Out of town maybe, but she still works with 'em.

That would be trolling. Anytime you see trolling it's wise to fix it.

Out of town or not, I hope she gets back soon. She's in my opinion one of the funniest characters on the site.

Yes. This was a good one. Homestar acting as stupid as ever, Strong Mad as loud as ever, and the Cheat as explosive as ever. Nice to see a cartoon which isn't dominated by one or two characters. I just wish it was longer.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Homsars, I give this toon:
:homsar: :homsar: :homsar: :homsar: :homsar: :homsar: :homsar:

Ehm...FireBird. I hope you haven't forgotten the Main Page is protected.

Back on toastpaint, I enjoyed this cartoon. When Strong Bad said to improvise, I KNEW he was going to use The Cheat as fireworks.

That was a pretty good holiday short. What with Cardboard Marzipan (and Homestar having enough guts to tell Marzipan to shut up) and "her quotes" and The Cheat exploding to create fireworks. But I'm surprised that Strong Mad was willing to let The Cheat explode, you know, since The Cheat is Strong Mad's favorite animal.

Yeah, but the Cheat has exploded in front of SM before. Lest we forget The House That Gave Sucky Treats.

I think The Cheat enjoys exploding. He does it enough anyhow.

He screams pretty loud when it happens though. And he screamed the whole time he was in the air. If you can call that screaming.

Well, I scream when I'm on rides at Sea Breeze and I love those. I think he's either screaming for joy or it's maybe just a minor annoyance so he's like saying "oh, here we go again".

Man, was that good. Makes you think though. I guess we have proof now that there is more to the Homestarniverse than Free Country, USA or Marzipan wouldn't have anywhere to go.

Anyway, X-Play gives it a 5 out of 5.

It seems that Homestar has trust issues with Marzipan...

I loved that short. It was, well, cute to put it bluntly. First we get to see 3D view of Bubs and Coach Z, something we're not used to. It's interesting to see how first everyone was 2D, but now you can start to see different physical perspectives. I wonder if there's really an M-200.....?? I've heard of M-80 enough times but never M-200...if it's a joke, it might be worth putting up on da WIKI.
:sm: "OOH AHH. OOH AHH!!!"
Maybe Homestar thinks or knows that Marzipan or The Chort are having an affair?!?

Hmm....we got a good view on yesterday's fireworks, such that the largest ones literally covered 80% of my field of vision. Like, the only space that wasn't covered by the fireworks was my peripheral vision. Sure would love to see fireworks shaped like something distinctive, such as The Cheat of course.

I liked this toon. I loved The Cheat being Plan G. This was funny through and though.

But then you have to deal with all those pesky buttons and such, Shopiom.

Anyways I change my rating to nine out of ten. It got better the third time around.

Time for the first of many Ju Ju Master's Top 5 Quote...athons!

5. :coachz:: I once shoved an M-80 up my nose just to impress the ladytypes!
4. :hr: as :marzi:: Oh the Cheat, are you ok? Would you like to go on a secret hot date?
3. :cheat:: (Sadly) Meehhh...
2. :hr:: Shut up, Marzipan
1. :sm:: OOH AH! OOH AH!!!!

Yeah, I've decided to do my favorite 5 quotes from each cartoon, starting with this one.

(I hope I didn't steal anyone's idea..)

I loved how Cardboard Marzipan was still more sensible than Homestar, despite the fact that Homestar was controlling her/it:

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Hey guys! Happy Fireworks!
CARDBOARD MARZIPAN: Homestar, that's not what the holiday's called.

BUBS: Marzipan's still out of town for the summer, eh Homestar?
HOMESTAR RUNNER: No, what're you talking about?
CARDBOARD MARZIPAN: Yes, I'm still out of town

It suggests that perhaps Homestar is just "playing dumb" all the time, and really, he knows *exactly* what's going on.

That's probably it, or maybe he just knows what she'll say but think's she's wrong.
