It was funny, don't get me wrong, and it's better than the drought, but I rated it 2/5,
because, I am definitely more of a Strong bad fan, even though many say overused, I think that he deservers his email show.
Hremails aren't really even emails, as he doesn't actually check his email, he reads it in the form of a fanmail segment of a sketch sketch show (which homestar runner.com pretty much is at heart)
However the mortal kombat egg was incredibly funny (and true!)

i felt like homestar was acting a little like strong bad. for example:
"Now first of all, Josh, let's find out how old your shoes really are. And by that I mean how many office supplies you got holdin' 'em together."
i can hear strong bad saying that, can't you? or am i just whacky?

I would totally do that if it were up to me. I would have no fear that the SB would lose; HR would get a lot of votes from people who want to upset the status quo, but nowhere near the number of fans who want to preserve it. Barring some epic trolling like the time /b/ messed with an online poll to have "Never Gonna Give You Up" play at that baseball game, there'd be nothing to worry about.

I don't think it would be very fair to give Homestar five or so hremails and then pit him against someone who has done 200. Of course Strong Bad would win, but that is partially because some people fon't like change.

I dunno...it was really funny, and I laughed really hard at the cow clip mooing, but I agree that Homestar is kinda starting to sound like Strong Bad. Why not just make this a Sbemail if it's going to use the same kind of humor? Is Matt just tired of doing the Strong Bad voice or something?

First off, I liked it. I grinned like a moron all the way through. I remember saying to a friend "I dunno, I think it'd be funny if they kept doing hremails for awhile but instead of doing sequential numbers like with sbemails, they just kept naming them completely randomly - this one was hremail62, the next one could be 12, then 408" - I had the numbers wrong, but I lol'd when I saw I had the general concept right.

And yeah, I gave it 5/5 - I'm just glad to see them back in business.

I would like to say that email-shows are not highlander, and "there can be more than one!"
I would like both. Or just Hremails. Or whatever comes next.

Hmm...well I admittedly liked that one better than the last. I actually got some of the jokes and laughed at the three feet. I think it's interesting that you can't click on the paper to e-mail him.
I still miss sb_emails tho. Here's hoping for another.

Not a big fan of hremails (still awaiting sbemail's return). Though, I have to admit, this one is...............better than 62. Still not sbmail-awesome, but still ok. Lets just see where Homestar goes from here for hremails.

Overall: This is better than the last one. Hremails has potential, but it's just not there, yet.

Homestar, I'm gonna give you two more chances. If you don't make me laugh like I did for Strong Bad, I'm giving up on hremails & wait for sbemails to come back.

It was a whole lot better than the first one, for sure! I'm suprised that people aren't falling over themselves about the newly revealed fact that Homestar wears shoes. I want a pair of them Freshleys myself!

Anyways, this was quite funny. The way that Homestar makes his sentences are a bit like Strong Bad now, and I'm not sure if that's good or not. The humor was more surreal than usual, and that's saying a lot, but it was all in all a swell Toon.

I give it a 4.

i really enjoyed this one, especiall when homestars 3rd foot comes up in the puppet show, i just started crackin up
i asked my block teacher for a cow clip today, and she looked at me funny, then made me sit back down

I came to a weird realisation uppon watching this again. Many of homestars lines are Strong Bad jokes. Really, watch it again and pretend its a SBemail with Strong Bads voice insted of Homestars. Whatching it this way made it seem more funny to me cause Homestar saying these things dosen't seem right.

I would like to see New errm Old Hremail's where he does more Hremails and either part of it interrupts Strong Bad during his Old SBEmails or Strong bad during he SBEmail interups Hremails. It doesn't need to be every time or for every sbemail that Homestar was in. But I think that should be a common thread.
