Homsar's costume was inspired, I'll say that much. The confetti gets me every time.

Did Tingle ever say "Location, location, location" in the games, or am I imagining that?

I knew it would be a choose-you-own adventure! I knew it! How did I know? Anyway, this was almost worth the wait. Though it was a little bit retarded to have a Halloween toon after Halloween, I still loved this thang.

Hey. new here.

I was wondering if there is a certain order you have to click the characters at the end to get them all to work. I can click Homestar, Strongbad, Bubs, Marzipan, and a few others, but I can't click the rest, like The Cheat, Homsar, and The King of Town.

What gives?

That was good. I liked the fact that it was a choose-your-own-adventure thing.

I'm quite pleased with the toon. Definitely better than last year's and equally as good as the house that gave sucky treats (if not a little better). Worth the wait. Would have been nice if it came out Monday.

[Pom Pom busts out a pistol]

LMAO for 10 minutes from that...

BEST HALLOWEEN TOON EVER.

They seriously blew me away with this one. I knew that the Poopsmith held the secret to Homsar, so I was clicking on him every spare second he was onscreen, and got the Homsar easter egg first try...then I spent the next two minutes laughing like a hyena from his freakin' Tingle outfit.

And Strong Bad as Jambi and The Cheat as Toad...awesome. I actually thought Strong Mad was supposed to be Cousin It when I first saw him. Oh well, Gossamer is kind of obscure...though once I saw the name I knew who it was.

"I thought you were supposed to be my hot mom!"

10/10 Bravo, TBC.

Hey all, first off, I just registered here, I found out about this site not too long ago....

I think I found the secret to which ending you get.

1) Add up the numbers of the 5 choices you make (i.e. 1+3+3+2+1 = 10)
2) Divide that number by 5. Take the remainder.
3) Each remainder (0 thru 4) corresponds to an ending.

I tried 3 different combinations that added up to a remainder of 0 (1,1,1,1,1), (2,3,1,2,2), and (1,3,3,2,1), and each time I got the tofu ending.

Try it out and see if you're getting the results I'm getting.

edit: Oops, I can't read, I just found a post earlier in this thread that says the same thing:

fooboomagoo wrote:
endings, yo

remainder - character
0 - tofu homestar (1-1-1-1-1)
1 - one-eye homestar (1-1-1-1-2)
2 - french homestar? (1-1-1-1-3)
3 - freaky marzipan (1-1-1-2-3)
4 - goblin (1-1-1-3-3)

um...that's what i've figured out...have fun...kinda takes the fun out of it though..

Well, anyhoo.....I'm confirming this post, and maybe my explanation might be clearer than his, but that's what determines which ending you get.

You dont remember Jami? I was born after Pee-Wee and I know him.

You never played a Carmen Sandiego Compy Game?

Carmen Miranda, well...I just thought he was a generic one of those, so..yeah. Forgivable.

This is SB's best costume. EVAR.

That was awesome. As always, Homestar, Strong Bad, the Poopsmith, Bubs, Coach Z, Strong Mad and Strong Sad went as people I've never heard of, (I'm British, I don't know American pop culture) but the others were great.

I went in KFC the other day and I was just imagining the KOT as the Colonel...and it happened! It was also a great joy to see Homsar as Tingle...it suited him brilliantly. Although his costume seemed a bit out of place, considering Tingle isn't an obscure pop culture icon from the late 80s.

When I first saw Pom Pom's costume, I thought he was Duke Nukem. Ah, well. It was an easy mistake to make.

Freaking hilarious, especially when Homestar teleports around to steal the KoT's blend of 10 herbs and spices. I can't believe he never dressed up as Colonel Sanders earlier! He fits the part perfectly!

That was so cool. But now I have the urge to watch it like 5 more times to see the different endings.

Loved it. My favorite parts are as followed:

- Marzipan as Beaker (cracked me up)
- H*R jumping off the cliff
- And everything else!

But not one I would try more than three times. Gets boring.

Is nobody else having problems with this toon? I can't get it to move past the first choice. It isn't reacting to me at all. What am I supposed to be doing?

It works fine for me. You could try to use the flash file, but I don't really have any other good ideas.

I watched it again now, and I noticed some differences:
*The Tofu scene is different, I think it's better now.
*The end is different
*You can click the Cheat now, too. (at the end)

Oh, and I also just saw this has already been added to the wiki.

Oh, wait, there ARE more endings. I did all of the same number each time, that's why they were all tofu Homestar.

12/10. Perfect. I loved Homsar as Tingle. This isn't gold. It is pure platinum. When I first watched it I said "To bad this can't be another House That Gave Sucky Treats". Imagine how I felt at the first option?

If you're a using a seek bar, DON'T. It won't do anything when you click on a choice. Other than that, I don't know anything else that could be wrong.

Wow wow wow wow wow. Awesome concept, superb execution. The best part is getting the costumes, and I recognized seven of the costumes this year. That's a lot for me. A LOT! A LOT! Homsar totally caught me off guard. XD With the number of awesome costumes, great references, wacky weirdness, and the overall multiple choice thing, how can I not give this an A+?

Hey, welcome to the forums. Just so you know we also have a wiki (http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/Main_Page). You can find stuff like this on it.

I thought the toon was great...another great halloween episode. I thought :sm: 's costume was the best. :marzi: was a close second.

Oh my! I can't believe that no one has done the obligatory link to the wiki page! At least I hope not.
