The whole first part with Marzipan was pretty good, and I loved the cardboard Homestar, but the part that really got me, was the part with Homestar in the closet. PURE GENIOUS! Also it was good to take a break from Strong Bad being in every toon. EDIT: SUPER TOP OF THE PAGE DANCE ADVENTURE! |

That's why I thought it was creepy, primarily. |

Nice toon! For the first time since Cool Tapes I finally laughed at something Marzipan did. Her scrunched up face when she does Homestar's voice is very funny. |

I think if you ionize the molecules in the eggs yolk it may work as an organic battery, but probably not... |

That was a good short. I love cardboard Homestar, and the fact that Marzipan only makes him say that she's smart throughout the entire cartoon. |

Sorry Missy, it's the truth.Speaking for my people, I don't think any male does a decent impression of any female, and vice versa, so I think Matt's impression is as awful as Missy's. But, hey, who want's to be able to do a good impression of the other sex? That was a pretty good come-back cartoon: I like the fact that TBC usually actually acknowledges long vacations in such cartoons - it breaks the fourth wall, and in doing so makes us fans feel more connected with TBC and the H*R universe, as though we're, to an extent, part of what's happening; another reason why H*R should stay on our monitors and off the TV screen. As Maktaka implied, it was a bit weird seeing Marzipan in this light: I always figured she was a pretty consistant, stable character, and this cartoon more-or-less rubbishes that idea. I guess it explains why Marzipan bothers with Homestar by laying some common ground between them. Also, it is pretty funny in that it portrays Marzipan in a light which contradicts her apparant true character, which she evidently wants no one but herself/herself and Homestar to see for that reason: it makes her seem more a cover-up maniac than a sensible, logical individual. I hate ratings, but here's mine: 7/10 - a good, acknowledging, imaginative come-back (how do you insert images???). |

I don't know what or who you mean by "my people," but there have been notable times when men do good impersonations of women and vice-versa. Just take a look at Dustin Hoffman as Tootsie, Robin Williams as Mrs. Doubtfire, and Eddie Izzard as, well, basically anyone but himself. |

It looks like Homestar's underbite. Clever detail. |

True, but one part I did find funny was the "broom cake" scene. And, for the record, Robin Williams is a pretty kickawesome Mrs. Doubtfire. Tootiloo! |

Hopefully she can lock Strong Bad in the closet with Homestar. That'll solve some of her problems. |

The short was really funny and it's the first appearance of Cardboard Homestar! That's really funny how Marzipan imitated Homestar's voice in the toon. |
