Post subject:  Halloween Toon '07 Teaser
Well, we got this:

The only costumes we KNOW(:)) of are two: Alien (by unknown) and Cacodemon (Pom-Pom)


I've seen the little caco enemy a hundred times in my day, so, this cartoon will be a fav of mine already. It'll be great to see what the Chaps do with t. the rest of the costumes, however, are shrouded in mystery! Clever, Chaps, clever.

Strong Bad seems to be missing... (could he be the alien?)

- Coach Z is wearing some afro/gigantic brain thing. Can anybody say The Leader (although The Leader isn't a rapper)

- Bubs...I dunno, all I can see is that tiny patch of hair.

- Strong Mad is wearing a fake head, I'm assuming. Maybe another generic costume - this time Frankenstein?

- ALIEN ALIEN ALIEN

- Cheat looks like he's wearin' goggles

- Can't tell much of Homestar.

- Marzipan has a turtle neck so I'm calling VELMA

- Yeah sure, Cacodemon.

- He's wearin' a tophat. Charlie Chaplin?

- I can't make much of the Poopsmith but his head is flatter.

- KOT is also hard to make out.

- Homsar looks fatter and shorter...

Strong Sad's silhouette (assuming that's Strong Sad) looks like one of those fat kids from The Far Side.

It's easier to see if you go into paint and invert the colors.

My initial thoughts:

Strong Sad reminds me of the fat kid from The Far Side
The Cheat is wearing a shirt and coat
Marzipan... maybe Marge Simpson, although the hair's not quite right
Homsar reminds me of the robot in the movie The Black Hole
Homestar has hair and heavy eyebrows, from the looks of it
Pom Pom... Bowser, perhaps?
Bubs looks like he has earmuffs on
My first thought on Coach Z was that he looks like that guy from Limozeen, but they're in space!, but Peacy P is more likely
I can see Frankenstein for Strong Mad
Strong Bad is a Xenomorph (if that even is Strong Bad—I wouldn't be surprised if it was a trick, a red herring)
No idea on the KOT or Poopsmith

The hair kinda looks like a tophat but it was like that in the comics too.

Homesar as Chaplin was also my first thought. Or Groucho" Marx.

I know its crazy but KOT reminds me of a Weeble

yeah, pretty much confirmed that Pom-Pom will be The Cacodemon from Doom

I just wanna see what the chaps will do with it, honestly. Cacodemons float- and so can pom-pom.

One thing that stuck out to me: check out Homsar's legs. No feet, just a solid mass all the way down. He also has some kind of big collar.

As for the Poopsmith, I'm thinking maybe some kind of judge. He looks to have some kind of robe, and his head looks like a judge-type powdered wig.

I really doubt Marzi is Velma. The hairs all wrong, plus it looks like she has some kind of veil or something. And there's no way the Cheat is Oscar with not trash can.

My brother just pointed something out. Bubs looks like he's wearing headphones.

How about the poopsmith = judge dredd?
He's always wearing those high-tech sci-fi helmets in his costumes...

Besides the obvious ones, I agree with Oliver Hardy for Strong Sad and Frankenstein for Strong Mad.

I'd love to have Coach Z dress up as PcP, but the afro seems way too small for that...

Now that Chris Bad mentions it, Strong Mad DOES kinda look like Thowmp.

King of Town looks like a salt shaker, indeed.

And how did Strong Bad (if that is Strong Bad) get inside that costume?

:bubs: He's either wearing earmuffs or headphones, (you can tell by zooming in on MS Paint.) but that really doesn't give me much.

:cheat: Tough call. He's not wearing antlers, (they're really tiny, I could only see them zoomed in on paint. I'm guessing tufts of hair.) I'm sure of that.
:hr: Not much you can tell from that, but Charlie Chaplin would be a good guess.
:marzi: I can't tell much, but Velma's my best guess.
:pom: DEFINITELY a Cacodemon. How can you refute that?
:sad: Looks like he's wearing a cape when zoomed in on paint, but the only thing that proves is that he is not a far side fat kid.

Actually, Strongbad mentioned cacodemons in the email 'alternate universe' so I think that makes Pom-Pom being a
cacodemon a little more possible, and besides:

1. There are three horns on the head on both sides in the same shape and size as the cacodemon's,

2. There are the little wire like things hanging down from the bottom in Pom-Pom's silowette (I know, I suck at spelling :P) and besides,

3. They're both round, so it would probably make it a cacodemon.

EDIT: If you zoom in on the SWF file, you'll see Strong Sad's head has
little spikes on his head, so I'm guessing he is either Frankinstein or Bart Simpson.
Although his clothes are a little rugged, Frankinstein perhaps?

Nope.. he had Dredd's helmet in Ever and more!, which means he owns one and it would be convenient for him to make the whole costume for halloween (and convenient for TBC =)
On the other hand, I've just zoomed closely on his head (this makes it possible) and it's not a holmet but hair. Damn.
He looks like some kind of caveman...with socks.

Strong Mad's head is hairy as well.. so much for Frankenstein.

The Cheat apears to have fake cartoony eyes with cartoony eyebrows. And wears a t-shirt. Could be anything.

And finally, if I had to guess Homsar's costume, I'd go with sgt. Pepper =)
