Hmm, actually I think you might be right. Thinking of them as at an angle, they could definitely be wheels.

Once again the idea of. RaceClown. i see it now. the poopsmith and the kot running from alien strong bad when suddlenly (clicking Poopsmiths head) The Raceclown appears. he says "Byedy bye monster maaaaan" the races off screen.

Yeah, I see that. The only problem, the rest of his outfit still looks like a clown. I can't think of any costume that would be a clown with wheels.

I don't think so. You can't see a bow tie, hooked nose, etc. etc.

Sloshy,you idea is Really...Really...great and the wheelie clown can just be a reference to that monster truck game with the clown racer. Whats that called again

I think you're on to something there. It can't be Gonzo without the nose, but it could easily be another Muppet. I'm gonna go look at a bunch of Muppets til I find one that fits.

EDIT: I found one! I think he might be Scooter.
