That's not proof of anything. Anyway, Sloshy, as for Homsar's 'wheels' take a look at his legs. They don't look normal, with feeet and legs, but rather as a solid mass. But like I said, I don't think they are wheels, they're not really round.

If you turned them more sideways, it would probably look like wheels.

Yeah, I see that. The only problem, the rest of his outfit still looks like a clown. I can't think of any costume that would be a clown with wheels.

I think you're on to something there. It can't be Gonzo without the nose, but it could easily be another Muppet. I'm gonna go look at a bunch of Muppets til I find one that fits.

EDIT: I found one! I think he might be Scooter.

He has the hair, and The Cheat also has two round things on his head that could be Scooter's glasses.
