I found a picture of the clown here and it seems to be way different. The idea is still awesome.

To me, Homestar looks like he has a flattop haircut, but I don't know what that would mean.

My guesses for Marzipan and Pom Pom are Beaker and Bowser, which have already been said.

I think it's possible, and in fact I believe this is the case, that the Alien silhouette is just put in as a joke because it's so obvious. The rest we are just "guesstimating" but that one doesn't need to be guesstimated at all. Plus if it's really Strong Bad's costume I don't see how he'd fit into it.

Also, the weird thing on Bubs' head doesn't look like headphones. More like a turban of some sort. Or rather like some mechanical brain-thingie.

The only costumes we KNOW(:)) of are two: Alien (by unknown) and Cacodemon (Pom-Pom)

Strong Sad's silhouette (assuming that's Strong Sad) looks like one of those fat kids from The Far Side.

In case all y'all haven't noticed, Frankenstein happens to be the last name of Victor Frankenstein, the creator. The proper name for the monster must be Frankenstein's monster. Got it? By the way, I was the one who first thought the plot was about Strong Bad's temporary mutation. And it seems to me that TBC have seen many live-action shows/movies just to learn about major characters and such.

I'm probably wrong, but here are my thoughts: My first thought on Coach Z was some sort of alien (you know, the stereotypical Roswell Alien thing with the giant head and probably big black eyes.) Of course, that wouldn't fit with his usual costume themes ... I'd have to agree with Frankenstein for Strong Mad To me, Homestar looks like he has a flattop haircut, but I don't know what that would mean. My guesses for Marzipan and Pom Pom are Beaker and Bowser, which have already been said. And KoT definitely looks like a Weeble to me. Guess we'll see ...

Peacy-P for Coach Z seems likely Cacodemon for Pom Pom also KOT looks like he's got a powdered wig, Ben Franklin? Washington? Poopsmith as a caveman is possible, he seems to like the cheesy sci-fi, maybe Zandor from the Herculoids

At first I thought the Poopsmith to be a caveman too, but look at his boots. They look sort of medievalish to me. Also, the weird thing on Bubs' head doesn't look like headphones. How did he fit into the Homestar costume? That's a bit bigger, but still. But the alien is probably a red herring.

Is most likely a cacodemon like you all said. I can't think of anything for the alien. Maybe Strong Bad will be all bunched up inside the costume when its shown?

So the only three that everyone got were Pom Pom, Strong Sad and, to a degree, Strong Bad. Strong Bad counts because he was originally planning to be the Xenomorph seen in the teaser, but couldn't since the costume store was sold out.
