Mmgood.

You should dress up cardboard marzipan though, and you click on her, and:

:marzi: Homestar, why do you still have that thing out?
:hr: *Turns to cardboard marzipan* Don't listen to her, Marzipan.

The cardboard cutout of Marzipan IS dressed up. If you carefully read the script I made, you would notice that.

As for the closing line, that should only work only if Marzipan has the cardboard cutout of Homestar Marzipan made. It could go thus...

:marzi: Homestar, why do you still have that thing out?
:hr: (to the cardboard cutout of Marzipan) Don't listen to her, Marzipan.
(Marzipan whips out the cardboard cutout of Homestar she made, also in his Halloween costume)
:hr: Why do you still have that thing out, Marzi?
:marzi: (to the cardboard Homestar) Don't listen to him, Homestar. (imitating Homestar, puppeting the cutout) Yeah, I'm much smarter than he is. But you're the smartest of all. (Normal voice) Thanks, Homestar.
(She puts the cardboard cutout of Homestar away.)

How is that?

What's wrong with guessing what the next Halloween toon will be about? Halloween toons aren't entirely about the costumes, you know.

but part of the toon is done because of the costums espessilly the eggs at the end.

So what's wrong with pacing here, might I ask? We focus some on the costumes and then the toon plots and back again, you know what I mean?

Actually, it's not a good or bad idea. I can't make heads or tails of it.

This thread is for guessing whatever Halloween crap you want so it doesn't matter.

Personally, I'd like to see a Halloween TGS episode. Halloween is such a crazy, creepy night, there must be all kinds of clever ways to off 4 girls... Oh, and maybe have a party, or trick-or-treating, or something.

CHARACTER AT DOOR: Aren't you a little old for trick-or-treating?

THE UGLY ONE: No way! I'm a gullible 3-year-old!

CHARACTER AT DOOR: You don't LOOK three.

STRONG BAD: RAZORBLADE CANDY'D!

And so on.

Once someone at the Internet Movie Database placed on his own set of ideas for costumes (around 2006), a handful (but certainly not all) of which are my ideas, too:

:hr: as Steve Austin (from "The $6,000,000 Man")
:sb: as Cobra Commander
:cheat: as Elroy Jetson
:sm: as The Tick
 as Sean Nelson (from the band Harvey Danger)
:pom: as Earthworm Jim
:marzi: as Rosanna Rosannadanna (from "Saturday Night Live")
:coachz: as Snoop Dog (fo shorzzle)
:bubs: as Eddie (from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show")
:kot: as John Hammond (from "Jurrassic Park")
:poop: as Arnold Rimmer (from "Red Dwarf")
:homsar: as Waldo
:senor: as Apu Nahasapeemapetilon

I kinda copied some of his ideas, but not all, simply 'cause I like 'em.

Your predictions are so boring! Here's what I think each character should go out as for next year:

:hr: as Rowdy Roddy Piper
:sb: as Jigsaw from the Saw series of horror films
:sm: as Alex Rodriguez from the New York Yankees
 as Billy Ray Cyrus
:cheat: as Pikmin
:bubs: as Shrek
:coachz: as Will Smith as Agent J from Men in Black
:marzi: as Glenda the Good Witch
:pom: as Mr. Yuk
:kot: as a canister of Quaker Oats
:poop: as Voltron, Defender of the Universe
and, in an Easter egg:
:homsar: as Mickey Mouse

Okay, so Mickey Mouse is out of the question. How about Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs?

Dressing up like an old man is boring.

Also, Sad's, Bubs's, and Homsar's: HALL NO

Anyways, remember the episode of Goosebumps with the superhero kid? Poopsmith should be the Galloping Gazelle.

I don't think he meant the old guy, i think he means the puppet.
Although, I don't see how that would work.........

I found another batch of costume ideas from someone else at YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGzFHztu40Y.

:hr: as Frank (from "Donnie Darko")
:sb: as The Joker (current version; anime version)
:cheat: as Mr. Uppity
:sm: as Koala Kong
 as Gary Brolsma
:pom: as Doc Oc
:marzi: as Evey Hammond (from "V For Vendetta") (after she's tortured)
:coachz: as The Flash
:bubs: as Jack Skellington
:kot: as Bill Bailey
:poop: as Syndrome
:homsar: as The Green Goblin

The only ones I liked were Strong Sad and the KOT's costumes.

Another IMDB member provided some of his ideas for costumes as well, albeit less complete:

:sb: as Steven Tyler
:cheat: as El Kabong (Quick Draw McGraw's alter ego)
:sm: as Shaq
:coachz: as MC Hammer
:bubs: as Spike Lee
:kot: as Fat Albert

Incidentally, Bubs already did kinda dress like Lee's character, Mars Blackmon, from Lee's movie, "She's Gotta Have It".
