I think we need a lot more of Teen Girl Squad and Marzipan's Answering Machine, how 'bout you? I mean, they've listened to us about how the Old-Timey universe had been slacking and they even (partially) listened to our requests that it should be colorized. And I believe they've also heard my request for more holiday toons (http://forum.hrwiki.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=13159) besides just Halloween, Thanksgiving and Decemberween. Already, they've done toons for Trogdor's b-day (Trogday 08), the Super Bowl (Sloshybowl) and Valentine's Day (Sickly Sam's Big Outing).

So, I feel if they've done that, they can certainly do more TGS and MAM, can't they? I mean, the fact that they did those things and that we thought that they should do that just can't be coincidence, can it?

I'd rather see some more Cheat Commandos.

Yeah, that, too. I forgot about that one.

I'd rather see me some Commandos of the Cheating variety. Also some Marzypan Machine. While I am a fan of TGS, they're VERY easy to be overdone, so I'm fine with the waiting in between those. All of these make great easter eggs, though. Definitely.

For a relevant intro, I will say that more MAM won't be bad if they can top 14.2 (which isn't that hard).

Now, if TBC truly read these things, I would like to see a live-action sloshy video. Out of all the bands Strong Bad's ever loved sloshy is the only one we still have to see in its true form.

Words can't describe how creepy it was that 15.2 came only 1 day (in my time zone) after I said that. Hopefully this means we won't have to wait 3 or 4 years (the gap between Taranchula's mention in band names and their appearance in death metal) for a live-action sloshy video.

Again, as with the wish for more holiday and/or Old-Timey toons, it just can't be a coincidence that they'd put up MAM 15.2 around the time we've started clamoring for more of the same and then some, can it?

Strong Bad says he doesn't love Sloshy, but Strong Sad does. Are you sure you're not getting those two mixed up?

Also, I think they need to do another CC toon, maybe one with Foxface actually speaking.

Why on earth would you want the Old-timey toons colorized? That's just wrong

But by the end of the email, he says that he doesn't love Sloshy as much.

Well, considering how there is always a "difference" between 66 to 67 years here (i.e., 2000 = 1933, 2003 = 1936, 2004 = 1937, etc.), I think it's only logical and also chronological that color would be added to these cartoons somewhere down the line and could resemble those old color public domain cartoons, whose colors are VERY faded. Based on the 67-year difference between now and then, the year that "Sickly Sam's Big Outing" would have supposedly been released in would be 1941. By then, most, if not all, animation studios and the animation departments of big movie studios were showing a majority of their cartoons in color. So to show Old-Timey Homestar cartoons in only B&W would have to eventually become obsolete.

This is a cartoon you know. You seriously need to re-think your obsessions. I really don't think it matters how accurate it is. Maybe they should make Stinkoman toons in 3D since by then it would be extremely dated.

He's explaining why it's plausible that the Old-Timey toons could be colourised, not demanding that they be or he'll stop watching. Stop telling people off for being into things that don't interest you.

He did say "ever loved", not "currently loves".

I seriously doubt the 67 year difference was intentional. Parsnips-A-Plenty came out in October 2002 and was set 66 years earlier. That A Ghost came out in October 2004 and was set 67 years earlier. Doesn't look like a pattern to me.

Well, let's consider the exact dates of the toons' releases: according to the Wiki, Parsnips A-Plenty was released on October 21, 2002. That A Ghost came out on October 18, 2004. So it's VERY possible to set the time forward a year sometime between the 18th and 21st of October.

In any case, however, Sickly Sam's Big Outing would still have been set in 1941.

But anyways, I think we're getting off-topic on this thread; it's about the wish for more toons involving the Answering Machine of the broom lady, more comics involving some teenage girls created by the wrestleman and more toons involving commandos of the cheating variety.

If you ask me, I could really care less about Teen Girl Squad. They have been neglecting Sweet Cuppin' Cakes, though. I think there's only 2 SCC toons (discounting that April Fools TGS/SCC crossover), one being a holiday special. Also, more Powered by the Cheat and more Stinkoman are really needed!

I hope that when they make another TGS issue, they solve the problem I had with the last two where the first viewing seemed to go on too long.

Well, I think when it comes right down to it, they have all been going on a bit long since Issue 8.

Ah tgs I'm assumin they're gonna go all the way up to 31980478934 and then stop. My reasoning for this is that it is shown in alternate universe or something like that I can't remember xD.

That was virus, and it was Issue 3.14159265and the rest. Basically Issue Pi, and they've passed pi now.

"Pi" is a recurring gag on the website.

I will begin by explaining that if I did mean to say, "out of all the bands Strong Sad's ever loved, sloshy is the only 1 we have yet to see in its true form," it would not make much sense because Strong Sad does not like many bands, and I doubt any of those bands have live-action videos. But now to the purpose.

You guys hear about Archie Comics' experiments with a more realistic drawing style? What if TBC found a way to parody that for the next Teen Girl Squad, and drew everyone disgustingly realistic?

EDIT: The lack of responses leads me to believe I have no choice but to unwillingly provide visual aid:
Image From left to right, Veronica Lodge, Archie Andrews, and Betty Cooper in the traditional style.
Image Veronica and Betty in the "dynamic new look" (Archie's off in the background if you don't already know)

Can Strong Bad do anything this revolting to Teen Girl Squad?

I think it looks pretty, but it's honestly not the same comic if they're going to just... change everything entirely.

What if this is the next "evolutionary" step up for the teen girls?
