I lol'd at Strong Sad's burn and the teen/European couples makin' out. Solid 5/5.

I think this toon has gotten the widest variety of ratings in a long while.

The ending really made me WTF, but in a funny way.

Not one of the better toons, but it was still solid. "Sucks on the beach" was funny, and the moonburn was disturbing in a good way. I also liked Homestar's response, "you're welcome." Totally a 3/5, but I'll give it a 4/5 because Strong Sad is actually being depressing, which I had wanted him to go back to doing for a while now. Yay!

FAVORITE QUOTES

 It's called The Dampening, and it helps me focus.
:sb: Looking good, Ms. July.
 The King of Town's blacksmith gave me this revealing little number.
:hr: You're welcome!

I thought the slideshow was good. It was neat seeing Strong Sad in The Blacksmith's armor, acting as if it was a bikini. It was also cool how he was trying to not enjoy himself but was constantly interrupted. Also, the moonburned Strong Sad was freaky. The fact that he buried himself alive, then won 3rd place in the sand sculpture contest was cute. I'm surprised he didn't become hyper considering he was drinking coffee, maybe he had decaf.

3/5

Actually, considering that it was Sanka (decaf) that wigged him out originally, that effect might in fact have nothing to do with caffeine at all.

I'm a bit surprised you guys don't have a "beach volleyball" entry on the wiki, considering it's been mentioned at least three times now, by my count. (see also: Shopping for Danger, Important Rap Song)

finally strong sad is being funny again. Rather than being a nerd who thinks he's higher than everyone, he's the nerd who everyone hates, runs into misfortune, doesnt defend him self, and buries himself alive in the sand. For to long he's been the smart guy as opposed to the the misfortuneate guy. 4/5

And I hope they bring out that game soon, I'm sick of the lack of regular updates

I wasn't sure whether to puke or laugh when I saw Strong Sad's moonburn. Though I loved when he buried himself in the sand and the line about the dampening. :)

I liked this, I am amused. Heh, it's funny what we're seeing TBC put out while they're busy with the game. It's not one of my favorite toons, but I'll definitely remember it fondly.

And dear lord Strong Sad, please wear sunscreen, for all our sakes.

He probably did. The problem was he forgot to put on his moonscreen. ;)

Heh, that one was fairly good. Wasn't particularly good, but still was funny in some parts.

Not bad. Kinda short, though.

Sucks on the beach, lol.

Has anybody noticed that this toon doesn't work well on the Wii? The pictures don't show and at the end everyone's missing body parts.

Yes! I was going to post that! The couch is missing, too, but not the buttons and patch. Also, Strong Sad's hand is missing (but not his thumb) and Bubs has no arms.
