Me and my brother thought of this one a while ago.
One of the girls gets caught in a Sonic/Shadow fight. (We thought of this during 8-bit is enough.)

Sorry about the near-necro'd... but I came up with some dooms for the Sack Girl Squad (LittleBigPlanet meets TGS):

*The Ugly One: CREATURE BRAiN'D!
The Ugly One gets attacked by a mosnter, and tries to step on its Creature Brain. Two things she doesn't realize: It's a Protected Creature Brain, and it's somehow electrified.
The Ugly One: Ow! my high score!

*Cheerleader: LiTTLEBiGTROGDOR'D!
Cheerleader gets burninated Horrible Gas'd by guesswho.
Cheerleader: I thought this was Create Mode!

*So-and-So: GOOD GRiEF'D!
So-and-So gets Sackgirl Slapped by another player in Online Create, so she puts an Impact Explosive Emitter over the other player's head. Other player reports, and you know what happens next.
So-and-So: Ow! my online access!

*What's-Her-Face: HORRiBLE GAS SPAWNKiLL'D!
What's-Her-Face activates an Infinite Life Checkpoint, which then rolls into a pit filled with guesswhat. Arrow'd Paintinator'd Guy (see below) shoots her off the platform. She ends up recursively coming out of said Checkpoint only to instantly die in the gas.
What's-Her-Face: *can't say anything due to recursive spawnkill*

Bonus:
Arrow'd Guy: PAiNTiNATOR'D!
So obvious I shouldn't really need to say what it is. The aforementioned Paintinator'd Guy blasts Arrow'd Guy into a wall of spikes.
Narrator Strong Bad: BETRAYAL!
Arrow'd Guy: Crap the what just happened?

Tompkins: MYMOON'D!
Tompkins spam-decorates his Pod, causing it to glitch out from overloaded rendering engine, and the Pod Computer shorts out, causing a crash landing on Tompkins' MyMoon.
Tompkins: Ow! all my level!

Here's one I thought up, in a weird discussion (you don't want to know):

{the girls are chilling by the pool. One of the girls gets up and jumps in the pool, holding her knees to her chest.}

TGS MEMBER: Cannonball!

{She lands in the pool, which is revealed to be full of people in tribal paint and bones in their faces, clutching spears}

CANNIBAL'D!!

It needs some jokes and padding, but you get the gist of it.

How about a Decemberween episode, that actually resembles Decemberween? So and So would be crushed by the raging shoppers in the mall, Cheerleader tries to give a ring to what appears to be a cute guy, but gets chomped by a... thing, What's Her Face would cry a lot because Mall Santa told her that she was too naughty to get presents and The Ugly One would see The Thnikaman in his Thnikamobile, and then get run over by the Thnikamobile. Not very good, but whatever.
