We're going a little too far with the negative comments here. Reasoned criticism is highly welcome, but just saying "X sucks" is unnecessarily hostile and is not conducive to friendly discussion of the sort we promote at the forum. Not to mention it really doesn't tell me anything interesting if you don't tell me why you didn't like it.

To all: Let's have friendly discussions here and keep our criticism reasoned and respectful. Thanks.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm K

Not the best ever, but not exactly the worst ever. :-| I had to watch it a couple three times before I got everything. It still gets 4/5 from me.
Good parts:
Strong sad pool scene. CLASSIC!
All the random british accents.
Homestar launching Marzipan.

I thought that was pretty cool, but it was not as good as SMWC's remake, although that didn't stop it from being a good 'toon with many funny moments.
3/5
Also: I haven't posted for while because I just got back from San Diego Comic-Con. There were more H*R fans there than I would of thought!

On a lighter note, I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the possibility that Marzipan wears a wig, yet.

Thaaaannk yooooooou. Oh yeah I guess your right :-D I never thought of that. Maybe it could be an article in the wiki?

I've been hoping they'd animate this ever since they redid The Reddist Raddish.

The part where he catapults Marzipan off the couch was a nice touch.

I liked it, not the best though. It was a nice remake with some funny bits. The "Where my hat is at?" jingle that plays every time Homestar said it annoyed the crud outta' me. Favorite part = Image.

First of all: I was honestly hoping that this was gonna be Sbemail. But don't get me wrong, I still loved it. Just because we love Sbemails, doesn't mean we love the other toons any less. Some people are taking it too far, but I always thought that Sbemails were the best thing on the site

Second of all: Maybe :kot: 's beard is fake too (?)

Haha, that was great. I loved the ending!

I watched the movie again with the easter egg and I found the toon even funnier.

"Safe!"
"Uh, what are you doing?"
"I found my hat just in time to score the winning run."
"Uh, no, actually it's the bottom of the second, your team's down by 94 points, and you just illegally ran onto the field!"

I love how they twisted the plot.

I always end up thinking that the recession is hurting the creators of this show too. since after Kick-A-ball i felt that their work is declining a bit as im not even sure why Strong Bad destroyed his still-working computer, and the appeal of 4 Gregs.

ANYWAY it was a good cartoon. Only bad things i feel are worth pointing out, are everytime Homestar says his Where My Hat is At line. Something felt lacking that it annoyed me...probably due to its repetition or just the weak music.

And the umpire was too serious in this episode. I felt kinda hurt by the things he said at the end. :homsar:

i hope u guys understand what i mean here.

Logging in for the first time in quite a while to express my satisfaction with this toon. It was not ambitious, it was not a graphic or plot-driven spectacle, it was a simple little look back at how the original stuff was a different kind of silly. It was cute, entertaining, and I give it thumbs up.

Almost like a rewrite of the original plot, no?

What exactly dose "Pedestrian" mean as a describing term?

Ordinary. Unspectacular.

I thought pedestrian meant one who walks

this was my favorite ever. I'll take it, I'll take twelve!

I liked it. I actually thought this was before SMWC at first, but a lil' Homestarmy inside investigation fixed that.
