Post subject:  Thanksgiving 2009!
Well, Thanksgiving will be here before we know it, so I figure now is as good a time as any to discuss what could be done this year. But first, let's see what's been done in the past:

  • 2001: Some Stupid Turkey (pageant)
  • 2002: Happy T! (unfinished)
  • 2003: Email #90: COLONIZATION (history)
  • 2004: None
  • 2005: Fall Float Parade (Macy's Thanksgiving Parade)
  • 2006: Let us Give TANKS (Cheat Commandos)
  • 2007: Toikey TV (football and planning advice)
  • 2008: Twenty THANXty Six (20X6)

With that in mind, what should they do for this year? I say they should have the Broternal Order of Different Helmets (now including Homsar and Senor Cardgage) gather for Thanksgiving dinner!

Well, it's the Monday before Thanksgiving, but nothing has surfaced yet. I hope they do something.

Also, another thread on the subject has been created: http://forum.hrwiki.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15836. So is it not possible to merge this thread with that one?

i think a 1936 thanksgivin special would be nice. we havent seen one a dem toons in quite a long while

but i dont think any thanksgivintoon can top last years, that was just amazing

How about a toon featuring the Broternal Order of Different Helmets, featuring two new members: Homsar and Senor Cardgage! The BODH gathers for a Thanksgiving dinner.

But they've also got livings to make.

Of course, it's not like a lack of a Thanksgiving toon has ever happened before. Remember in 2004 when SB's computers when kaput for the duration and that's what they were concerned about primarily?

I admit I'm a bit surprised at how many breaks TBC are taking these days. I'm guessing it's having families to take care of and all. Very very little girl isn't so little as she used to be and probably needs more time and attention.

I've already seen those two. I know it's now too late to do a Thanksgiving toon, but they never updated their Quote of the Week,Weekly Fanstuff, and Sketchbook. Heck, I'm even waiting almost a whole year for seeing my fanart being shown on their Weekly Fanstuff!

And I'm still waiting for a fourth Everything Else DVD!

Oh, and I am a little disappointed by no-shows for this Thanksgiving. Maybe they actually wanted to spend it the real way: with family.
