they were probably busy doing that whole G4 Interview thing

While that was originally my thought as well, I have to say it couldn't have taken that much time out of their schedule; I mean, they were just sitting on the couch talking on the phone. Unless they had to make the Strong Bad puppet especially for that.
Anyhoo, when there's no new toon I get kinda sad, then excited for next week. It's all about the anticipation.

Well there's setting up a time for the interview and rigging up the webcams to broadcast to somewhere where G4 could use the stuff as footage, and probably other behind the scenes stuff you don't really see.

Whenever there is no monday toon, I feel sad...but usually I have the patience to wait for another week, always telling myself that "TBC are making a great one, that's the only reason it wasn't ready."

Since Homestar Runner is what usually kicks off my week, it feels awful when there isn't a toon or an e-mail. I then check every morning to see if there's a new toon, and if not, my week seems to go terrible.

I get my dose every Tuesday instead'o Monday, with me Australia's Tuesday being America's Monday and all that...
Still get a little sad though...

"oh, nothing new this week"

I understand them taking that break over Christmas (gee that was long)
I'd really like an Answering Machine

Actully, I like socks. So and I like new main pages!
Umm... I'm real sad whenever there's nothing new.

Hey thanks for the G4 tip; I believe that counts as an update. I no longer feel as if my neighbors spat in my boots.

Very funny.

Things are looking up, my friends; things are looking up.

personally i like to think/hope that TBC are cookin up something bigger and badder than could posibly be created in the one week time span between the last update and the scheduled monday release date. Usually this isn't the case, but hey, it's good to keep up hope. remember, you can't rush greatness.

PS: if there is anybody that can tell me where i can get a picture of passed out Strong Sad (you know, after his caffeine high w/coach z's hat on his gut) to use as my avatar please tell me, thanks.

It's depressing, but only mildly so. Kinda like when you lose a game of (flas) chance :p

I really don't care that much. It's just a cartoon. A funny cartoon, none the less, but still just a cartoon. And TBC have lives of their own. Maybe they just want to take a break for once. Just a thought.

I hope we get something today, so I don't have to skip my night class to go to my support group.

Whoa, am I glad that there was an update.

There I was, alone on the bridge, wind whipping through my hair at 54 miles an hour.

"Don't come up here!" I yelled to the passers by. "I'll jump if you get too close!"

There was my mother, dramatically weeping 30 feet below me. "It's not worth it!" she pleaded. "It's just an internet cartoon!"

"It's more than that!" I replied gruffly. "You sound just like those wiki people. You people just don't understand! YOU JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!!!!"

As I was about to jump, I pressed 'refresh' on my portable browser...

Yes! An update! I can live, live LIVE!!!!

I climbed down the girders and rubbed my cheeks in the dirt. Ahhh, the Earth. Our planet smelled nice again. A single bird flew close and landed on my arm.

Still, in the back of my brain, the voice kept haunting me: "What about next week, Vegetable. What about next week?!?"

Yeah, it's pretty tough when there is no H*R update. I'm forced to just spend more time checking out all my favorite message boards, blogs and emails.

When there's no Monday toon, I get pretty depressed  because an update is what I look forward to every Monday.

Yeah, the updates are what make Monday an acceptable day. We finally had a funnymail this week, so I enjoyed that. But I don't think anyone likes it when there's no update.

Whenever TBC don't update their site on Monday, I am dissapointed. I mean, it is the only good thing about. Before HSR came along, who liked Mondays. No one did! And the weeks that they don't update are the weeks that I send Strong Bad some e-mail. So, that considerably adds to the dissapointment.

I feel homocidal, being that homestar is the one of the few things that keep me happy from all the test and not-caring teachers, I think I'll go cry in a closet now, thank you*sniff*

Whenever there's no toon on Monday, I'm like "meh, there will be one next week" then I impatiently wait for that precious toon to be updated.
