well call me crazy, but really, would they have made so much, just for a 3 minute trailer? I mean, they make a scalding lake t-shirt, a burninated cottage, they even undress and stand behind a tree, who would do those kinds of things if there werent going to be a movie?

TBC would.

Scalding Lake t-shirt: That would cost, what, ten bucks to make with a screen-printing kit? But even so, maybe (hopefully) they'll be selling them in the store, which would be reason enough to get them made.

A burninated cottage: It's some stone blocks from Home Depot. Twenty bucks at most.

Undress and stand behind a tree: So the guy's shirtless. Have you never been to a public park? Or a sporting event? Shirtless guys are all over the place. And what's more, it's free.

And anyway, who's to say that the props they made they'll never use again? Obviously TBC are interested in doing more live-action stuff, and probably more PQ-themed stuff. It's just not gonna be a movie.

yeah but puppet stuff wasnt a one time only deal, if they plan on making more PQ trailers 'n' such then i agree, but if the trailer was one time only, i wonder whether thaeyre planning something...

You've never undressed and stood behind a tree? It's quite liberating, and just plain weird.

I think the "why would they... if they weren't going to..." is kind of a bad argument. It's like saying "Why would TBC make a Senor Cardgage toon if they weren't going to make him a permanent part of the site?"

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, PQ movie, ain't gonna happen. If it does, I'll personally call ya and let you say "I told ya so!"..

I should've commented on this sooner. This trailer was awesome!

I don't think they should make a full-length movie, however... Unless it's on bittorrent like some have said.

Anyway, this was great for a fantasy fan like myself :)
