A good cartoon, i thought that it was going to be as bad and as drawn out as "senor cardgage mortgage", but the little bubs intraludes made it not as annoying. if this whole toon was senor based, then it would have been very drawn out.

you noticed how happy strong bad was to play with senor, you don't see that gleeful face on strongbad too much. or at least when he isn't either hurting someone or hanging with the cheat.

So funny. I loved it when Senor Cardgage decided to keep Strong Bad's football and just walked off. And we finally get to see a Bubs's Concession Stand commercial! One problem, though: this was put on the site on Tuesday, when senorial (memorial) day was over.

Not on my computer. On Monday, the updates bubble had "new short shortly", but no actual short.

I found that it was awesomely funny, Senor Cardgage is a very good character, and people with their sensitivities! C'mon! It's not in anyway making fun of fallen soldiers, people get offended by everything.

Sort of contrary to everyone, but once again everyone has different tastes.
I really didn't find it funny at all. Sure some of Bubs' puns ("are you TIRED of...") were pretty funny, but the short just didn't amuse me. In my opinion one of the least funny things on the site. Watched it three times to see if I missed something real major, get another perspective, but it still didn't turn up. Oh well.

I don't know - it was almost like Bubs' bad puns were so blatantly UNFUNNY that they came back to the top of the humor circle cracked me up. Or it may just fit in with my general perception of Bubs - his hilarity is a lot of times due to the combination of his appearance and delivery, not necessarily WHAT he says, though he does have a few great quotable lines here and there. He's almost like the Adam Sandler of the H*R universe, and yes, that is a compliment. :)

And then the whole knife in the baby rattle thing was hilarious. :p

This was a pretty funny toon. My favourite part is when Bub's started saying things like "We're holding up a novelty rubber chicken and making a cartoon sound effect of savings!" :bubs:

That was freakin awesome. I loved it. The Bubs puns weren't funny, but the fact that they had a collective "ugh" at the end of them made me laugh. Funniest part:
 : Augh! Somebody hit me on the slant!
I also loved the Garage Sale Ref. "A lonely lurk"

I thought this was pre pre funny!
"My left name is tremendous savings, Miss America!"
And the "File footage" was pretty sad(in a funny way)
9.5/10

Hello, newbie! So,... Bubs was kinda funny, lame jokes though. I liked Senor Cardgage's part when he went to throw the football to :sb: ,... and then walked away. 9/10 for the toon. :hr: An idiot for effort by TBC!

Man, this was great. We know that Bubs has some real 'competition' going on with Senor Cardgage.

I thought this was great. It was one of the best shorts in a long time, much better than the L'il Brudder Show.

Also, Bubs is awesome. I'm glad this short had him in it.

Overall, 9/10.

I'm agreeing with John.
I really liked this toon. One of the better shorts, and one of the best toons recently.
9/10.

Yo, everybody keeps complaining about Bubs' puns. Don't you know? They're SUPPOSED to be lame! That's the joke! ;)

Oh man! I laughed every time Senor was about to throw the football and then put it down. And then when he just WALKED AWAY, that was hilarious! "Now we're holding up a rubber chicken and making a sound effect of savings!" (Thanks, Mr. Green.) The funniest puns are the ones that are really, really bad. You gotta admit it.

This was a great short, 9/10.
I like how StrongBad was acting like a little kid "I'm gonna get me a touchdown!"

Though I am slightly confused as to how there can be 2 Homestars....
"Explosions, fireworks"

Anything with Senor Cardgage in it has to be gold. And the Balding Guy was back too, although they should have shown him eating his long-awaited, loan-approved Pop Tart!

I loved it. More than Senor Mortgage and I thought that one was pretty darned funny. What that cartoon didn't get though is that Senor Cardgage is funniest when he interacts with the other characters and his interaction with SB in this episode was priceless. Bubs was great too.

And how do we know that? So far, Senor Cardgage has been hilarious in large and small doses alike.

I hope TBC intend to make Senor Cardgage a main charactor. He's great with others. He realy cracks me up.

This toon was hilarious and if it wasn't for the wiki I never would've seen Strong Sad hit on the slant. It was hilarious how SB fell for the same trick twice and never got his tremendous savings. I'm not a senor cardgae fan, but this toon was one of his better accomplishments. I would've gone to to Bubs's store, though. It had a better ad.
A+

I agree with whoever disagreed with the person who thinks Senor Cardgage should only be used in "small doses". Trust me, that sentance DID make sense. Anyway, Senor Cardgage is one of my favorite characters. I loved "Tremendous savings is my left name, Miss America!" and "The senorial day tent thing that guy was talking about". And his not throwing the football TWICE made me laugh out loud. I also liked how the audience for bups kept going "uhhh!" and then when he did the frog thing it changed to "huh?"
