HSR TV show?

Would this be a good idea? It could bring back old fans who forgot about the interweb series, and gain some new fans, but those who still watch the HSR series might be turned off by it. Personally, I wouldn't mind it if it was good, but there is the chance it could suck.

Also, would it be more likely on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel/Disney XD (Not an emoticon), or some other channel?

I voted "Sure" for the sake of 11-minute TV shows. Format would be easy within 11 minutes (Think Robot Chicken)

As for a channel, that's the hard part. The humor appeals much more to [adult swim]'s fans, but it's definitely not edgy enough. And the humor would be either ruined to appeal to most of CN's 8-12 audience, or get cancelled since most kids wouldn't understand half the jokes.

TBC have said in several interviews that they wouldn't do this, because of the loss of creative control they'd have. And even 11 minutes is a long time to stretch out an H*R toon, which usually average around three or four minutes.

Remember the Total Drama series? It did fairly well on CN, so an HSR cartoon could fit in CN.

Only if the Chapmans get complete & total control over the show. But the Chapmans themselves already shot the idea down when it was offered to them.
