Nope. No arms. Seriously. That thing in DNA Evidence where his sleeves moved like he had arms was just plain creepy. And he'd also have to have a complete redesign. I mean, where would they go? So yeah. No arms. Homestar needs his not-armness. |

that would be dumb but we would be used to it if he had them from the start but I like him without arms is he had them not only would he look different but he would also mose different and nothing would be the same  so I say he should never have arms |
