Yep, another "favorite moments" thread... this time starring everyone's favorite spotted yellow whatever-he-is.* 
So, my favorite The Cheat moments: -In "TrogdorCon '97", when he pulls out that Alpine horn and goes "uuuuuooooooooWAAAAAH!" -Any toon wherein his head a'splodes (interview, couch patch Easter egg, et al) *Or is he a striped green rabbit with two butts? |

For obvious reasons, it's a bit hard to say what your favourite The Cheat moment is. However, I'd have to go with Summer Short Shorts.  Strong Mad, tell your girlfriend to do one more.

My favorite The Cheat moment is definitely when he pretended to be a motorboat in "keep cool." It just cracked me up. |

Some of my fave The Cheat moments include tricking Bubs into accepting penicl shavings as legal tender in "lackey", his chainwhip recital in "origins", and his wicked grin at the beginning of "mile", right before the PBTC part begins. |
