I might be going out on a limb by saying this, but to me, answering emails isn't quite so much of a talent as doing it with flair, style, and finesse would be. Basically only those unwilling to learn to use the internet can probably check mail, but to answer it and "make a living out of it", now that's a whole 'nother story.

Yes, I'm splitting hairs, but that's why we have this forum, right?
