Have you noticed that Pom Pom's appearances are rare (rarer than Homsar making appearances). Also, do you notice that the last time Pom Pom bubbled was in Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon. What happened? Did TBC lose their cup of water and straw to make Pom Pom noises? In the recent Halloween cartoon, Pom Pom didn't do anything special. Just stand there, not bubbling, just standing and staring.
So the point is, is Pom Pom becoming obsolete?

I don't think so--remember the Marzipan shortage of '03? Every now and then, tBC just loses ideas for their characters. But, don't worry, they'll come up with something sooner or later.

They have too many characters to worry about. Pom Pom is a no-talker, so even if they do decide to throw him in somewhere, it probably won't progress the plot.

It was a silent auction. It was a joke. It would not make sense if he said something. And TBC will use him when needed and when it moves the plot forward.

What are you talking about? I know about the Halloween auction, but I don't understand why you brought it up. How many times has Pom Pom significantly altered the plot of a toon? In some older ones he's always been around, but the focus was usually on Homestar or Strong Bad.

I would like Pom Pom to play more of a role. Sure, he can't speak English, but neither can the Cheat. Since I started writing about him, I've been wishing he would appear more (even if it might ruin my continuity).

I'd like to point out that TBC have admitted that all Pom-Pom noises are from a tape of Pom-Pom they recorded years ago.

\ I said that because the guy who started this thread said: "In the recent Halloween cartoon, Pom Pom didn't do anything special. Just stand there, not bubbling, just standing and staring." So, I thought I would point out why he didn't say anything.
