I like Marshie, he's awesome. He's only the way he is because he's in advertising, let's face it. I bet when he's off the air, he settles right down and is deeply cynical... like the aforementioned Krusty the Clown. |

If you find Marshie creepy now, click on the moon at the end of the 3rd Homestar Halloween Toon. Marshie scares me. Is it me or does Marshie has the same face as the star on Hardy's. |

I love Marshie, it's second favorite character right behind homestar. His creepiness is what makes him so awesome. On the other hand homsar is my least favorite |

I have, believe it or not, had this conversation before. Watch me totally win the argument: ME: I love Marshie! He's awesome! HER: I dunno... he seems kind of... homocidal o.0 ME: That's why he's so great! He's adorably homocidal! Hahaha! I totally won! Marshie is so great. Mostly because I love imitating him, with a psycho half-grin on my face, and my eyes getting progressively wider, as I say in a ghostly voice, "Maaaade from the beeeest stuff!" I also like to imitate him with big, bright eyes and an increasingly over-excited voice as I say, "They're so goosed up, I'm swimmin' in 'em! Tell Montenegro" (my brother: "Oh yeah?") "They fit on top of each other! Stack 'em to the heavens! Stack 'em to the heavens! I could write a song called 'Stack 'em to the Heavens'!!" A this point, any hope I have of making a friend of the person I'm quoting to is destroyed, and it is with difficulty that I restrain then from calling 911. Maybe I like Marshie so much because it's so fun to imitate him. But it's probably just because he's such an awesome character. And now I've rambled on too long and shan't bore you with reasons I like Mr. Shmallow, but I do. Very much. |
