Strong Bad & the Cheat

Have you all noticed that Strong Bad is not liking the Cheat much anymore? First he replaces him with Sterrance, then he makes a recipe for cooked Cheat.

Yeah, I noticed that! My brother is totally skeptical, though. Poor The Cheat! Although Strong Bad has always shown a peculiar affinity for kicking his loyal lackey, so I don't know if it's a new thing.

By the way, wouldn't this go in "Characters"? I dunno, perhaps I should wait for a mod before judging.

Very constructive there, OT. That's what we here at the HRWiki forum like to call SPAM! If you do too much SPAM! you could be banned from the forum for a short period of time. So, therefor, only post things that contribute to the conversation and are thereby not SPAM!

Back to topic:

I noticed that too. I mean, SB has always enjoyed kicking the cheat, but HATING the cheat? That seems downright weird to me! He's always helped Strong Bad... cheat...

That's not really a good thing to say about someone that has bannination power.
On topic: Strong Bad has been mean to The Chort for a while. It's not like it's anything new. Remember Little Animal? I think that Strong Bad has to show that he's tough and takes it out on The Cheat.

Lately it seems that TBC has made StrongBad a little less nice to the cheat, but it doesn't seem out of character. They've also seemed to make Coach Z even weirder and creepier... with that holiday toon.

But again, doesn't seem out of character.

I thought it was Strong Mad that offered him protection from larger predators... like Pom Pom or Strong Sad sitting on him.

However, Strong Bad is the criminal genius of Free Country, USA, AND Strongbadia. So it makes sense for the Cheat to put up with some abuse just to get the chance to do things like light Bubs' foot on fire, sleep in the crisper drawer, use the "Mute" button on the remote control, and limited usage of Strong Bad's lighter. Strong Bad just seems to be feeling his oats a little more recently. Perhaps he never really got over that virus.

puts up with it probly because Strong Bad paid him. Remember last years halloween Strong bad paid the cheat $10 to stop hiccupping, and the cheat did.

Technically, The Cheat was obeying what Strong Bad said correctly. He said "ix-nay on the cut-it-out-throwing-roses-at-me-may" Basically he said "You can just forget about stopping throwing roses at me" The Cheat listened. The Cheat just took advantage of a loophole.

Strong Bad needs The Cheat as a criminal pal, since Strong Mad's too dumb, and Strong Sad would never do anything of the sorts. And The Cheat needs Strong Bad to make sure that nothing happens to him, such at being sat all up ons by Pom-Pom or Strong Sad. That, and they both love to pick on Homestar and Strong Sad.
