Strong Bad doesn't "hate" anybody but he is amused by simple things like hurting someone and is easialy annoyed.

i totally agree. the only reason i voted was because i thought people would laugh and fart in my general direction if i spoke my thoughts in this. He shows affection for everybody! Everbody! in little ways, but he still cares about them. He gave homsar and homestar jobs at his imaginary theme park, he played playfully with strong bad, and he left those fishsticks for the KOT to eat

He clearly hates Homestar the most. I mean, they were destined to be rivals (although Homestar's a bit too dense to notice that). I think he still loves Strong Sad does deep down, we don't see him interact with the KoT that much, and Homsar just plain scares him.

By the way, how come no one's mentioned his obvious dislike of Marzipan?

Well...I used to think that until I saw "looking old." He only flirted with her because he couldn't have her in "marzipan."

Lol, this is news to me. So there are actually a lot of people who ship Marzipan/Strong Bad? Not that I have a problem with that.

Ooooh, very interesting. I've always been under the impression that Strong Bad had extremely high standards for the ladies, but I like your theory. I like it a lot.

Hee hee, thanks. The vibe I got from SB is that he wants to be cool, so he pretends he has high standards, but I truly believe that he'll take what he can get. Though of course, failing/stopping after realizing how low he's sunk in the end.

He'd probably even date Crazy-Learner's-Permit-Girl for awhile... And everybody would be like "what the--" and Strong Bad would be like "Well at least I HAVE a girlfriend" to every tease.

I agree with TheFacelessEvil about Strong Bad's standards. He must be getting pretty desperate by now.

Strong Bad and Homsar got along pretty well in Strong Badia the Free.

Homestar. As far as I know, I mainly remember Strong Bad complaining about how much Homestar sucks, not anyone else. Except Strong Sad, but they're brothers. And they've bonded before. Not so much with Homestar.

Eh, as a couple people mentioned already, I don't think he truely hates anyone. But of all the characters listed in the poll, he seems to have the least respect and tolerance of The King of Town. Homestar and Strong Bad's opposite personalities bounce off each other quite well when they are working together. Strong bad and Strong Sad are brothers. Strong Sad is not only the youngest, but the nerd of the bunch. Naturally he's gunna get picked on. But over all, at the very least, Strong Bad seems to respect his intelligence. Homsar...yeah he doesn't think about him enough to really have any good reason to hate him. So yeah...the King of Town...I don't think I've ever heard Strong Bad give him a single compliment in any shape or form. He's embarassed by him and pretty much avoids him whenever he can. He can at least tolerate the rest of them.

Yes, he does show he cares about people, rarely, and in tiny ways, but it's still there. Homestar - even though he clearly has a low opinion of Homestar, and takes great pleasure in making fun of him and talking smack about him every chance he gets, the two have worked together on several occasions, such as Dangeresque 3, Date Nite, Theme Park, etc, etc. Strong Sad - Come on. He doesn't hate Strong Sad. Like everybody's said, he picks on him because he's his dorky little brother. If anything, the way he picks on Strong Sad tends to be more playful than when he picks on Homestar, Homsar and The King of Town. There are also many instances of them bonding, like in Concert. I will admit the throwing the knife at him in the old theme song video is a good point, but that's old-style, no-sparkly-eyes Strong Bad we're talking about. He was much eviler back then than he is now. Homsar - Like others have said, I don't think he thinks about Homsar frequently enough to actually hate him. Dislike him? Yes. But hate him? Nah, he just doesn't show enough passion for that. The King of Town - This is who I voted for, even though I don't believe he actually hates him either. But like everybody else has said, he doesn't respect him at all and I can't think of a single instance of them getting along (of course, I'm just returning to the site, I'm a little rusty on my HR trivia, so correct me if I'm wrong).

I guess... but you don't see SB killing the cheat or Bubs or Senor Cardgage, do you? He's only likely to 'kill' the ones he dilikes most, right? I'd say the KoT is the most hated, though. He's the only one upon whom SB wished something bad in 'Different town'. and the king of town would live underground in a box filled up with peas I hate peas! I know! He just had Homestar quit the team, gave strong sad horns and a tail, made marzipan rock and made homsar into a "modestly hot girl". This, and he apparently dropped an arcade game on him,tried to trick him into believing he was eating deodarent, and dropped him off a cliff.

Strong Sad clearly likes Strong Bad, and Strong Bad might like Strong Sad deep down. He just needs an epic adventure that's not going to happen outside of fanfiction to bring it out! I agree with TheFacelessEvil about Strong Bad's standards. He must be getting pretty desperate by now.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't completely hate Homestar or Strong Sad, seeing as he hangs out with Homestar quite often, and, well, Strong Bad and Strong Sad ARE family after all... I'm probably going to say Homsar, seeing as I've never seen him be nice to him. As for the King of Town, no one likes him, so he doesn't count, IMO.

Strong Bad likes to bully Strong Sad. I don't really remember many, if any, instances in which Strong Bad expressed hatred towards Strong Sad instead of just expressing love towards making Strong Sad's life miserable. Homestar and the King of Town, on the other hand, have gotten plenty of irritated groans out of Strong Bad by simply being in a 10 meter radius of him. Homsar takes the cake, though. Strong Bad has killed him because he "hates homsar so much", and threatened to gnaw his own leg off is Homsar did not leave the room.

Hey guys, I'm just gonna remind you all that this is a cartoon. Not in the 'get a life' sense, just that real physics don't nesseccarily apply, and anything considered serious in real life is generally for the sake of comedy. Somebody was saying earlier in this thread, Strong Bad gets a kick out of making others suffer, and I'd agree. Haven't any of you insulted a friend because they did something stupid? SB just does that on a higher level.. and to... everyone. this argument is not working well. BUT BUT BUT, like I said, this is just a cartoon. And if we gave him a real-life equivalent, he'd be very similar to somebody I actually know; the kid who mocks others to the point it's just annoying, but still manages to be confident and funny. Back to who he hates most, I can therefore rule out "HE TRIED TO KILL ______" because of the whole comedy thing I was saying. Come to think of it, I don't think he hates anybody all that much. The people he dislikes the most would probably be Marzi/KoT/SS, who in my opinion are probably just highest on his "lamest reactions" list. Man, I have got to stop participating in deep discussion late at night.

is just an annoyance to him. There's never been any murder attempts. is treated HORRIBLY by Strong Bad. And of course the murder attempt on the theme song or whatever. But they have gotten along before. Just VERY seldom. is probably the leastly out of them all. sometimes bonds with him too. He's just an annoyance. is abused less than Strong Sad by Strong Bad, but that's because he doesn't live in SB's house. And I mean, Strong Bad almost killed him, and was about to knaw his own leg off just from talking to him. SB has NO tolerance for Homsar, and Strong Bad was probably unaware that Homsar was working for him. I'd say a tie between him and Strong Sad.

^ Like I was saying, the only reason he's tried to kill SS/Homsar is coz it's funny to the audience; it's not an actual method of getting rid of them. I mean, if I could kill people without them dying... um well ignoring that basically if he hated them so much he wanted to get rid of them for good, I'm sure SB would use a method that actually works in comedies.

well of all these choices, Homsar is the only one that Strong Bad "can't talk to ... for more than about 3 seconds before [he] start[s] thinking that gnawing [his] own leg off might be a more better way to spend ... time" he can definately spend a lot more time talking to the others and even asks them for help or will spend time with them if he needs to or if it benefits him somehow.

Strong Bad needed help from homsar at the time, and talking to homsar was an absolutely needed thing. and 2. SBCG4AP is different from what happens in the toons and also what happens with the puppets. at least, it always seems that way

This is my personal opinion of who Strong Bad hates the most. I'm gonna do this in ranks. Sorry if this gets too logical, but that's who I am. 4th : Even though Strong Bad made a Heavy Lourde drop on him, Strong Bad doesn't really interact with Homsar enough for him to hate him. They've only met each other 3-7 times. And although most of it is on the bad side, Strong Bad doesn't really care/think about Homsar a lot. 3rd : Strong Bad & Homestar started as rivals, enemies, & some other third thing I forgot. Now, it's more like Strong Bad just disliking Homestar & Homestar trying to make friends with the wrestleman. Although sometimes-to-mostly in conflict, they have teamed up together sometimes, rarely even helping each other. In other words, Strong Bad sees Homestar as an annoyance, but hasn't really gotten to the point where he actually hates Homestar. 2nd : Strong Bad sees Strong Sad as a nerdy little brother who whines to much. Strong Sad sees Strong Bad as a jerky older brother who thinks he's "awesome" but really isn't. Strong Bad bullies Strong Sad, Strong Sad proves Strong Bad wrong. It seems that these two are always in conflict, but wouldn't YOU beat up your weaker nerdy brother & wouldn't YOU try to prove your jerky older wrong? All the stuff between Strong Sad & Strong Bad are all caused by sibling rivalry. They don't really hate each other. It's more "likes to make fun of each other." 1st : Strong Bad has NO respect for the K.O.T. As the Wiki says itself, "Although no characters consider the King of Town funny or cool at all, Strong Bad is usually the one to bully him." It's no surprise too, considering the King of Town & Strong Bad are at opposite sides of the "cool" spectrum (SB = cool; KOT = lame). They were even enemies in Strong Badia the Free when the King of Town put Strong Bad under house arrest for an obscured email tax & Strong Bad decided to break Strong Badia into its own independent nation. Out of all the characters, Strong Bad gets along with the K.O.T. the least (besides Homsar, but as said before, Strong Bad doesn't think/care about Homsar). So there. If you read ALL of this piece of crap, thanks for reading. I know I wrote A LOT, but that's my nature, put things in a "scientific" & "logical" manner. If you think this is taking space, I'm sorry for whatever the crap I did.
