For me, I'd go with Homestar, because I keep getting the feeling that I basically live like him, only about 50% smarter.

oh man this is tough,

i like pom pom just cuz he's a ninja, but i don't speak his language very fluently
Coach Z is really funny, and would be extreamly fun to hang out with, but he's creepy
the KOT is probably most like me, so'd we'd get along quite well, but he'd eat all my food.
So, after minutes of thinking i gatta say

Homsar is so random, and everytime he talks i crack up. I would hang out with him any day of da week. I'd bring him to school, and my block teacher would give me "the look" but then Homsar would say something cool like "im a song from the sixties!" haha. That would rule

I'd pick Coach Z because he's hilarious and adorable. He'd make excelent company! I feel like he's the only one I could have a real conversation with because we're sort of alike. We both like music and sports! Yay, music and sports!

I voted Homsar & The Cheat. Homsar would be a riot & totally annoy all my rivals, amaze my friends with his gravity-defying ways, and I can use him as something to throw when I'm bored. The Cheat can help me cheat on stuff, like tests, homework, & the weekly mile run I have to do at school. And if he's a bad The Cheat, I gets to kick him! That would be awesome.

He's far less depressing than Bill Maher & Charlie Brooker (who are two of my top 10 favorite comedians) & I can get him to clean my whole house in exchange for food. No worries about his bulbous shape, since our furnature is spaced for the fat & elderly.

I voted Strong Bad (#1) and Strong Sad (#2). Those two, Marzipan, and possibly the KOT are the only "sane" characters in my opinion that I could carry a conversation with. Strong Bad seems cool to hang out with, and dumpy as he is, I feel like I could still connect with Strong Sad since I often have somewhat of a morose manner, as well as a fair appreciation for science.
If it weren't for language barriers though, I think #1 would actually be The Cheat, and #2 would be Pom Pom. The Cheat and I would click with technical expertise- I edit a lot of vids and have made forays into flash (problem being that I don't own it). That, and I'm small, tan, and can jump pretty high. Pom Pom represents one of my key values, and that is being a reliable friend.

There's only 2 things I do every day; cook & play video games. Okey 3; I love *reviewnertainment.

Strong Bad bakes & plays video games, therefore is the best candidate.

*(Scripted reviews with movie clips, running gags, crossovers, title cards, & skits, starring an actor playing a character. Alternatively, they can be animated.)
