I don't think that her sisters would all have "pan" at the end. I think they'd all be named after various sweet foodstuff. I for some reason imagine Marzipan as a middle child, with her older sister Caramel and her younger sister Gingerbread.

I know H*R is only supposed to have one girl character, but I thought it would be neat to invent some sisters for Marzipan. They would be Persipan and Frangipan, like the Brothers Strong, only with almond confections. I made a bunch of character designs, see if any of them grab you as good candidates!
