During the 1980s, were cartoon voice actors as overexposed in PSAs as Crack Stuntman? I can't think of any from my '90s childhood who even did one PSA. |

The only celebrity PSA I can recall is the Pee Wee Herman 'crack' one. But that might have been the 90s. I don't know :< |

DiC played some all the time, but the only '90s characters I can think of are Sonic the Hedgehog and Sailor Moon. Since Inspector Gadget and Captain Planet were still in reruns, I remember watching PSAs of characters from those shows as well. EDIT: I added some links to jog people's memories. |
