Here's something I think might be interesting: a thread where you can try to interpret what The Cheat is saying when his cheat-talk is translated into English. Part of this actually came from the CHEAT TALK email, in which an Easter egg shows a few sample bits of dialog of The Cheat noises translated into English. Here are a few samples here, each in their respective contexts:
In "A Jumping Jack Contest": The Cheat: (The Cheat noises) Hey, Homestar, would you like 147 glasses of melonade? Homestar Runner: A glass of melonade for me? Mmmm... Okay.
---
In "Pumpkin Carve-nival": Homestar Runner: (after the King of Town describes his pumpkin) Whaddaya think, The Cheat? The Cheat: (The Cheat noises) The King of Town is so lame. Homestar Runner: I concur. Worst place! Ding! The King of Town: Sorry, King, but our princess is in another castle...
---
In "SUPERHERO NAME": Strong Bad: Of course you're still my sidekick! The Cheat: (The Cheat noises) What, don't you like this costume? Strong Bad: Yeah, that cape looks great on you. Look, I was speaking hypothetically.
---
In "SB_EMAIL 22": Announcer: Strong Bad, how do you respond to claims that your comment brought the entire royal family to tears? The Cheat: (The Cheat noises to Strong Bad) Check it out, this is going to be great. Just say "Screw all y'all." Strong Bad: (clears his throat) Screw all y'all. Announcer: Cor blimey!
And on two other occasions, The Cheat's noises have been subtitled, on his character video and in the LOCAL NEWS email. Anyway, that's the context of this, The Cheat's noises being translated. What are some of your interpretations of other The Cheat noises?
