Can someone PLEASE tell me where it states pom pom is four pounds? Am I missing something obvious? I'm serious, I cannot find where it says this. |

You do know we have a wiki, right? I'm just kidding. Anyway, in Marshmallow's Last Stand, the announcer said that Homestar Runner and Pom Pom had a combined weight of 104LBS (47.1736KG), and in Pom Pom's character video, if you look closely at his driver license, you'll see that his weight is 4LBS (1.81437KG). Therefore, Homestar's weight is 100LBS (45.3592KG) and Pom Pom's weight is 4LBS (1.81437KG). |

I thought that he should have a mass* of like 5 grams or something! *Weight is not what you mean. You mean mass. Pom Pom's weight is 1.81437 N - his mass is 1.81437 kg. |

Maybe the extra weight - mass - whatever comes from all the stuff he carries. His cell phone & Pom Pilot just kind of sink into his body so who knows what else he has in there? |

Ok, a palm pilot is prtty heavy, then there's the mobile, wallet and... ok that's it but I think that would add up to more than a kilogram. I'm thinkin' either a Pom pilot is lighter than a palm pilot or that when stuff goes into Pom-Pom, their weight gets halved or summink? |

If they had to get his mass, then they would take things off him that would make him signifigantly heavier, like you take off your shoes when using scales. It wouldn't make much of a difference to a person's mass if they had a mobile phone on them, but for Pom Pom, who is very light, they would have to take it off. |

Pom Pom might even have stuff in his body that he doesn't know about. Like, stuff he forgot was in there, like an old-school Zack Morris cell phone. That in itself had to weigh about 2 pounds. |

I thought he was so cool for having one of those....now my own celly is like, 5 gillion times smaller than that paper weight he had to carry around! Back on topic...Pom Pom's name in itself just implies air to me. I think, like I said in the Strong Sad's weight thread that his appendages keep him from floating away. |
