My theories: Eh! Steve = Greek
Strong Bad = Mexican
Coach Z and/or Bubs = somehow Black (when Bubs wanted Marz's number to ask her out, he said something about an "openmind..." )
Keep this thread non-contriversial. |

Coach Z is meant to be white (that's part of the joke) and Canadian, or the equivalent of Canadian. Bubs has been described as sounding like Redd Foxx by TBC, so I guess he's meant to be black or the equivalent, which is blue apparently. Never thought much about Eh! Steve's nationality. I didn't think he had one. |

I see Coach Z as more mid-western than Canadian. Like, Wisconsin or someplace near the border. |

Eh, Steve! seems like Greek because of his little pattern at the bottom of him, but his voice seems Italian. |

Rainer wrote: Eh, Steve! seems like Greek because of his little pattern at the bottom of him, but his voice seems Italian. Yeah...that does make sense. Now if he came out of a pot of pasta in the Decemberween SCC toon then he'd be Italian...and all noodely. With the noodles and all...

JumbleCaper wrote: Coach Z is definatly a New Englander! Nah, NE tend to forget about their r's (pahk my cah in havad yahd) while Coach Z puts too many in (Jorb). And that has been heravily debated. TBC said that his voice is modeled after one they did in college of a depressing mid-westerner, like from Fargo.

Pom pom, methinks, is Asian, just because on a couple occasions he has exhibited prowess in the Martial Arts.
Such as when he beats the everloving snot out of SB, ranking up an awesome combo and getting a 1-Up, if memory serves. |

There's something I never undestood... What's with the whole Polish people thing on the site? I can think of three instances where someone is speaking Polish. Do TBC have a Polish friend, maybe? |

I think.... Bubs=African American Pom Pom =Pom Strong Bad = Actually, there's this pretty funny story that happened on the old wiki. See, I used to think his accent was German because the only accents I'd ever been exposed to were German, Italian, Southern and British......and outta those I had to pick German. And at the old wiki I got in this huge argument with Teh Milkman (is he still here?) about whether SB was German or Mexican. But ever since I saw the movie Napoleon Dynamite (PEDRO!!) I agree that SB is Mexican. The rest =white The Cheat =???? Trogdor = Burninatorian |
