Depending what you mean by declare, you actually can't declare things, because it's a free country. Well, you could get "Homsar: Raised by a Cup of Coffee" t-shirts in the store, so I count it as a Homsar quote. Since it's, you know, been associated with Homsar in a canonicalish fashion, at least. "Pride of the peaches"...well, there's nothing really connecting that to Homsar other than Strong Bad imitating him, so...actually, I don't use that quote that often anyway, so... Meh.

I agree with others here. Homsar is one of the best, but he's best in small doses. I believe that his appearing almost outta nowhere and saying something out of the blue is what makes him funny. Although he should appear more.
