(Yes, I know there is already a thread about him, but this is in specific regards to his return in the new answering machine)

Ah, so who here was pleasantly surprised at the Thnikkaman's answering machine message? All of you, I'm sure

I certainly was.

I'm really surprised they didn't do something like this sooner. They should have known we would have liked a short with Bubs' secret identity, rather than a character that was pretty much good for a single SBemail :bubs:

And we know a little more about this guy now....we know he has a Thnikkaband! And he can um...Thnikkafy people! :mrgreen:

So, now that we know the good ole bros haven't fogotten him, how do you think he's gonna come back again? Or will he come back at all even?

I'd say that he would be in some sort of e-mail. Like a battle of the bands type of one. Like, his group vs Strong Bad, Strong Mad, and The Cheat. That gives me an idea.....

But yeah, it was great that he came back. Thnikkaman's great, and I hope we see more of him.

I be thinking that the Thnikkaman will not be in anything for a while, if they use him alot, like homsar, it'll get all old and dusty, eww, dusty....

I hope he doesn't at all because the word is clearly a play on a racial slur. Especially when you consider that bubs likes to act like he's black.

I think it will be a short as with senor cardgage and l'il brudder. He'd work well in one of those. Maybe like why Bubs decided to become the Thnikkaman in the first place.

Well it may have been a loose reference, but during the sbemail Virus, when Bubs walked across the screen carrying Homestar's leg, the box over his head said TH, which could have referred to the Thnikkaman (the first two letters).

It shouldn't bother you. Because it's not what TBC meant to do.

If it does bothers you, then I guess three characters tha don't have arms and Strong Bad being able to type with boxing gloves on bothers you too

It's real easy, the armless ones use telepathy and strong bad simply touches the keys with the center(lowest part) of his boxing gloves and mastered the art of barely pressing the keys so that the ones next to them don't go down enough to make their respective letters appear on the screen.

It is a pretty big stretch. If he was called, say, the Thniggaman, it would be somewhat more understandable, but as it is, I just think it's a random word that TBC made up.

I'm guessing that he'll appear next in an email, because everything seems to happen in the emails, so why wouldn't the Thnikkaman appear there?

What joshua said. I don't think TBC(considering they live in the blackest city in the country) are anymore racist than rappers who use the word, but I still think they were trying to say it without saying it, and would rather they didn't.
