If you watch the Strong Sad momentos Easter Egg, it might seem sad how Strong Sad and Strong Bad used to be friends... it's sad. :((

No, it showed Strong Bad tormenting Strong Sad. They were never friends.

Strong Bad was noggi-ing him and Strong Sad was laughing. Also Strong Sad and Strong Bad posed in a picture. Together.
And not fighting...

Heh. If we assume what most of these peoples assume on the Wiki, then Strong Bad acted resentful to Strong Sad only after he refused to have any part in the cheating in the Strongest Man In The World contest. Before that, it would seem like memories of past events unfold into a deeper meaning. Or something.

On what grounds do people on the Wiki assume that? :-S

I think its sad that THE CHEAT'S flying...

Anyway... it is kinda sad, and having grown up being the tormented little brother, I've always related to him much more than Strong Bad. Still, I don't think there are any chances of them becoming friends again... Homestar hardly ever makes drastic changes like that.

I grew up being the tormented little sister. With two evil big sisters. Strong Steph and Strong Trish. They always called me by this ridiculously horrible nickname that had 14 syllables. It was... ChristinyWeenyJellyBeanyRicerReenyGirl. Now patrisha is in college, but Stephanie has gotten 20 times worse. It's gotten to the point of which we both have fantasies about killing each other.

Oh, hey, this is my 50th post! Happy Postday to me!

Though, has anybody noticed that Strong Bad is actually being increasingly civil towards Homestar? I mean, they even watched Sweet Cuppin' Cakes together! And heck, SB was annoyed more at the toon than at Homestar!

Strong Bad wasn't angry at Homestar because he was distracted by the video. And he had no reason to be angry at Homestar. Whenever he's angry at Homestar, he has a specific reason.

Specific? What about that one where they asked what he'd do if he was invisable, and he got to punch Homestar in the gut?

Well, I said when he was angry with Homestar. He has reasons to be angry at Homestar, but he can punch him for entertainment. It's not like Strong Sad, where he's angry at him 24/7.

I'm sorry, but you said this:

Perhaps you could clarify? I might be misunderstanding you.

Oh, never mind. Forget either of those posts. Let me say this: Strong Bad is always angry at Strong Sad. No matter what. He didn't do anything to Homestar in the Sweet Cuppin' Cakes thing because he was distracted by the video, which weirded him out. There, does that make sense?

Not really. How do you know that Strong Bad was distracted? Did he say that he was? Or is this just something that you think might be true?

What I mean is, he was confused at the cartoon, and that is why he didn't notice Homestar. You notice he did get a little angry with him at the end. That's just a guess.

You're both ignoring that they were watching it together in the first place. It's not like Homestar popped out of nowhere while SB was watching it and SB didn't notice.

They've done some things together. Check out Malloween Commercial and Cheat Comandos. They're kind of friends-slash-enemies, if that makes any sense.

Yeah, but it hadn't always been that way. For instance in Marshmallow's Last Stand, which obviously isn't canon anymore but whatever, Strong Bad picked a fight on Homestar for no reason. In the earlier stuff that's still around, they still weren't that friendly.

That's very true. I think Strong Bad isn't nescesarrily (arrrrrrgh! SPELLING!) Homestar's friend, but the whole reason he hated him in the first place was because of his "problems", and he might be getting use to that by now...

And, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we're off-topic. How simple it is to do that, isn't it?

Actually... to me it seems Strong Sad often doesn't seem to be all that impressed by the fact Strong Bad is tormenting him. He frequently calls him a Spaz or a Weirdo or whatever himself, and he often acts very sarcastic towards him. Strong Sad seems to be smarter then Strong Bad, and I think he knows it to. (And SB probably does too.)

As for Strong Bad and Homestar. I don't really think SB is out for HR bloor or anything. They often seem to hang out together. Its just that HR occasionally annoys the hell out of him. Homestar of course on the other hand, is also very easy to con out of great deals of money. ;)

And is Strong Bad ever nice to anyone consistently? He's nicest to Strong Mad, but he kicks him in the chins now and then too....
