Okay on http://www.agtoons.com if it is still up they have homeschool winner stuff is this legal and can TBC sue for this just wondering i would if someone stole me stuff |

Well, it doesn't work. So it must be down, but for the Homeschool Winner thing, that does seem illegal, without propper copyrights things. |

I think homeschool was BEFORE the copywright, and since he's never appeared on th e site (except the not-used trading cards)I don't think it's not legal. |

There's no "BEFORE the copyright". As soon as you put your pen to the paper, so to speak, copyright law kicks in. |

Yeah, I realized that after I had posted it, but I was too lazy to edit it. ..and another thing, say coco-cola was the first to maske a soda can red, but then some crappy brookshire's cola make's their can red, coco can't sue! So I don't think being in the backroundof something makes it count. |

Perhaps, but if some company sold a beverage in a can with a similar shade of red, a similar-looking name in white script, and a familiar-looking swoosh, Coca-Cola could sue, and would probably win. |
