Okay on http://www.agtoons.com if it is still up they have homeschool winner stuff is this legal and can TBC sue for this just wondering i would if someone stole me stuff

Well, it doesn't work. So it must be down, but for the Homeschool Winner thing, that does seem illegal, without propper copyrights things.

I think homeschool was BEFORE the copywright, and since he's never appeared on th e site (except the not-used trading cards)I don't think it's not legal.

wha-bout dancing bubs background 1? that is still on the site.. and TBC DID create homeschool.

There's no "BEFORE the copyright". As soon as you put your pen to the paper, so to speak, copyright law kicks in.

Yeah, I realized that after I had posted it, but I was too lazy to edit it.
..and another thing, say coco-cola was the first to maske a soda can red, but then some crappy brookshire's cola make's their can red, coco can't sue!
So I don't think being in the backroundof something makes it count.

Perhaps, but if some company sold a beverage in a can with a similar shade of red, a similar-looking name in white script, and a familiar-looking swoosh, Coca-Cola could sue, and would probably win.
